Service was beyond excellent. The property was super busy for new years (expected) and all the services ran as expected as if it was a normal week. Obviously close to Central Park; walkable to Times Square and almost any other manhattan location. If you do end up getting tired of walking, you can hop on the A train (express) and go all up and down manhattan. Talk to the concierge at the front desk, she will explain everything so you feel like you have lived there your whole life. A would go there again in a heartbeat

The Trump Hotels never disappoint.

In our experience the Trump Hotels cannot be matched for location, comfort and staff friendliness. Visiting all the way from Australia to continue our extended Trump experiences and we are never disappointed.
