As soon as we walked it had red flags. It smelled bad it was dirty, the bed sheets had stains on them, there was dirt all over even someones old gum stuck in the closet and also there was a two way mirror in the room we checked out immediately. They also wouldn't refund me even though I didn't stay the night. I was there a total of twenty minutes. I do not recommend this place. If I could post pictures of this room I would we took plenty.

this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. The heat did not work in the room. It took like three hours to warm up. It gave you one small bar of soap and one small shampoo. Nothing else how could they leave? No heat in this room in the dead of winter this is beyond me.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights while exploring Manhattan and had a pleasant experience. The room, designed for two guests, was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job, ensuring the room was cleaned while I was out.The hotel provided Wi-Fi, which was convenient. I encountered a few minor discrepancies, but the staff was quick to address them, showing excellent customer service.One of the highlights was the location—just a short walk from some great restaurants and diners. While the neighborhood has a bit of a sketchy feel due to the nearby projects, the hotel itself is at a safe enough distance that it wasn’t a concern.Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay while visiting Manhattan.

The room and washroom are passable. The insulation and heater didn't seem to work, so it's freezing in the winter. The surrounding area is nice and walkable to the metro.

The room was clean the first day, on the second day my boyfriend killed a roach in the bathtub. The room temperature was excellent. There is NO Late checkout, no bag storage, No Microwave in the room or kettle for a hot cup of tea. This is an average stay at a $176.00 USD per night.
