The service experience could be rewritten to better convey your frustration and details like this: The service was incredibly disappointing. I arrived at 2:50 PM for check-in, knowing I was 10 minutes early. I was informed that the room was still being cleaned, which I completely understood. However, at 3:20 PM, when I followed up at the front desk, they said the room wasn’t ready yet and assured me it would take just 10 more minutes. After waiting an additional 40 minutes, I returned to the desk and suggested checking me in beforehand to expedite the process once the room was ready. The staff refused. By this point, I was quite frustrated. Then, about 10 minutes later, another staff member informed me that the family room I had reserved was undergoing maintenance and would not be available. They offered me two separate rooms on the same floor instead. At this stage, I explained that I simply needed to check in quickly, as I had other reservations to attend. Despite my urgency, they made me wait another 30 minutes before finally giving me just one room, claiming the other was still unavailable. The entire process was unnecessarily long and frustrating.

It's far out from the center that requires a lot of walk (feels unsafe at night). Mainly robot managed that it's hard to get a hold of any living staff. I lost my valuable and I kept getting AI instead of a real person. All in all, I did NOT like staying there (BTW, it was so dirty too! What happened to this place? I stayed there in 2011 which was really cool at that time!).

Staff was outstanding and very kind however the main entrance was cordoned off and everyone coming in and out had to use one set of doors off to the side. Also we picked YOTEL because there was a dedicated elevator from the adjacent parking garage to the property but it was out of order and as a result my disabled wife had to walk a lot further than anticipated.

Everything was Okay nothing more nothing less. The elevators barely worked. The room were tiny not enough room to more around or unpack honestly. The shower leaked out on to the floor everything we took a shower. The tv and plugs in the room were not working and did mention the ROOMS ARE TINYYY.
