As you can tell from the photos, this is a very spacious place with large rooms. We really liked having three bathrooms. The home worked well for our family. Some rooms are under utilized due to lack of furniture. We wished the living room had a TV. Watching together as a group did not work well in bedrooms.
Our main complaint was a poorly stocked kitchen. E.g. almost no drinking glasses (other than wine goblets) and just a bare minimum of the items you needed to cook meals. They also need some towel hangers in the restrooms.
We had a couple small issues and the property manager responded quickly.
Having off-street parking was a huge plus.
We appreciated having a bus stop right outside the door. For those wondering about staying in East Orange, this particular neighborhood was fine, but between this home and Newark Penn Station, you will pass through some really sketchy areas.
Getting to locations in Manhattan could take 1 - 1.5 hours with the bus, train and subway.
Overall though, it was a great value for the price since the closer you get to NYC, the more expensive it gets.
