Great staff!
Convenient, friendly staff, everything was as expected. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day morning so every reason for staff to be a bit irritated! They weren’t. Especially appreciated as we were visiting my son in hospital and cheerful, pleasant, professional staff helped ease the stress. Lady doing breakfast was superb!

Wanted an affordable place to stay after a gig at the Glasshouse. This was ideal. Walkable, plenty of parking and a really good breakfast. In fact, the gluten free options were some of the best I've come across at a budget hotel. Dinner options are less good.

This is a very clean hotel which looks to have been recently renovated given the quality of everything. Special mention needs to go to the staff whom without exception were extremely good at their jobs and very pleasant

Great hotel on the other side of the river to Newcastle town. Just a very quick walk over the bridge and you are in the centre of Newcastle. The lobby and front restaurant were very clean and offered a great selection of food and drinks. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast was in the restaurant, and the selection was very comprehensive. We thoroughly enjoyed the variety of the food. The staff were very helpful, and nothing was too hard for them. Overall, a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at the hotel.

Great price , and decent location
Staff all very friendly and efficient, room clean , shower not great as had to be moved as walk in shower and floor angle it flooded the bathroom , also I no everyone have there preferences but double bed was very firm would not put me off staying again , 5 mins walk to millennium bridge and 20 mins walk to town and station

Close to the glasshouse which is within walking distant and close to restaurants. The hotel is moderate and abit worn down. Had to long queue to check in as only 1 staff. The hotel room Is basic and clean. The lighting in the room is too dim as only 1 pair of wall lamps and a small bedside Lamp.
