Take in the sunshine from your front balcony, grab your surf board and walk just a few short steps to the very popular 40th street beach, and cap the night off with a sunset barbecue. When you step inside the unit, you will feel like you are at home with state-of-the-art appliances and nice comfy beds. Here's what you'll find:
LIVING/DINING ROOM:

- Dining table with seating for 4
KITCHEN:
- Open to the living/dining areas
- Counter seating
- Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware
- All large and small appliances
- Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)

Primary Bedroom: King bed; TV
Bedroom #2: Full size bed
Bedroom #3: Two twin size beds
EXTRA SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS:
To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 2 twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented in lieu of mats, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.
