Amazing Spot!
Thee perfect stay! Walked to all the local spots and even all the way to the cliff walk! Hosts - were very communicative and gave great recommendations on what to see, do, eat and shop! Can’t wait to come back again

Spring Street Review
The property was incredibly clean and was exactly what was presented in the listing. The check-in/out process was very simple and the hosts were responsive on the one question we had. The location is perfect. The only recommendation we have is to alert guests prior to check-in that pets cannot be left unattended. We did not know that until the day of check-in and that significantly altered our plans. Other than that, everything was fantastic and we would highly recommend.

We enjoyed walking most places because of the convenient location. The property was clean and the space was perfect for what we needed and well equipped. The only thing I would change (being picky) is the air fresheners in the space...just a little bit too overpowering.

Wonderful mother/daughter weekend
My mom and I came up to Newport for a girls weekend. This place was an awesome stay! The neighbors were all kind. It was very clean, spacious, and cozy - just like the pictures and description. Walkability was 10/10 - we walked to all the restaurants and down by the water which was all less than a 10 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Historic Area retreat
We loved the location, ease of check in and check out. Keith was very responsive to the one question I had. The bed was comfortable, off street parking was a plus, but when it wasn’t available, street parking was easy. Just a few short blocks away from the harbor and its many restaurants. We hope to return!

We booked this for a wedding weekend and the property was lovely, just what we needed and in a great location. Parking was a little tough, but blame that more on Newport in the summer than anything and Matt was quick to help us find a solution. We would love to come back for a longer stay in the future

Newport Folk Festival
It’s exactly as the pictures show. Absolutely a beautiful and accommodating place to stay. Parked our car on site and never had to move it until we checked out. It’s a convenient walk into historic Newport town. We would definitely stay at 86 Spring Street again. A side note we did Uber to and from the festival.

Fantastic!
Very clean, was able to park right next to property. Only a cpl blocks from all of the action. The AC was nice and cool throughout the night. Very spacious living room, we watched a movie in there. Would definitely try to book again!

Best Ever
First time to Newport and absolutely LOVED every day. Apartment was PERFECT and as described! If any doubt, I 100% recommend. We spent a week here and walked everywhere; never used our car once. Ideal and perfect location - better than expected. In 7 days walked over 50 miles and enjoyed every moment. Apartment is spotless…every time I walked into hall, I would comment on how wonderful it smelled. I can’t recommend it enough. It was PERFECT and will stay here again next time here. We absolutely found a gem!

We had a lovely stay in Newport. The apartment was beautiful, fully equipped and in a great location just outside downtown Newport. Easy walk to restaurants etc and even a park nearby to walk the dog!

Beautiful Room in the heart of town
The "suite" was beautiful and right in the heart of town. Walking distance to just about everything which made this quick getaway very easy. Everything that we could have needed was provided and that bathroom was WOW!!. Only thing that other guests should be aware of is that if you're traveling with a dog they can't be left unattended. This little tidbit was not mentioned until the morning of the stay when I was sent the house rules. This made it a little difficult to really get out and experience some restaurants or bars. We even bought a new crate just for this trip but that became useless. Overall though pretty fantastic!

Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. Parking was easy, room was nicer than expected and location was absolutely perfect. It is walking distance from everything and a block away from Trinity Church.

Amazing stay!!!
What a beautiful suite....excellent location... tastefully decorated with all the conveniences right down to offering a kurieg with all the items needed for a nice morning cup of coffee. The bed was sooooo comfortable and a spacious updated bathroom with a large walk in shower. Our host responded immediately to any email we sent. We celebrate my 70th birthday...it was the best ever! We definitely plan to return. Thank you 👍👍👍
