I was not told of a charge for parking in January the off season in Niagara Falls, at check in a sign reads $ 30 extra per night. I booked on line and this was not on My total bill. Expedia Site if you click on parking icon it is $20 per night. We live in Niagara falls and booked two nights to swim and hot tub and Casino, the hot tub was cloudy, I told pool guy and they empty cleaned and filled over night. it was very clean after that!! Free breakfast was good overlooking pool. I did not have to get in a cold car in January, just go down 3 floors in elevator Yes I would do it again!!

Cheap, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't great, but for the price anything is good. Great location, within walking distance of many restaurants, a casino, and the falls. Pool and hot tub were much enjoyed, met a few nice people just hanging out down there. Would definitely recommend

Maybe include a microwave in the rooms. Told the pool was outside when it was indoors. Overall, great hotel with great service and fast service. We needed a crib for our 6 months old daughter and they accommodated pretty quickly with a play pen when the room didn’t have one.
