Unfortunately everything wouldn't went well only for the fact that there was no heat and i contanct the front desk twice about only to find out at 1230pm the heat was off in the room and my mom who is a senior stay with me and my 4 children so it was very uncomfortable to be in the cold all those hours.

Enjoyed our stay and was comfortable with young children. Breakfast buffet was convenient but very long lines ups. Buffet workers were very accommodating and offered our kids a snack while we waited. Also line ups for elevators took forever. Overall excellent experience and will definitely go back!

I paid $43 for parking at an outdoor parking in a lot 1 km away, in a mostly deserted area; so if I needed the car I had to wait for shuttle from hotel to lot or vice versa, or I could walk 10 minutes in the cold each way ! Ridiculous. Also no room for the free breakfast between 8:30 and 9:30 am because of the limited space ! I don't plan to return to this hotel.

The only thing we weren’t happy with was my husband’s quite ill, and we went as a family to spend quality time together since it might be our last one with my husband he got sick in the lobby and he could barely walk asked about a wheelchair the only thing was you needed a $200 deposit. Yes you would’ve got it back at the end but we did not have $200 to put Down for the wheelchair so we weren’t able to get one so we weren’t happy with that they could have let me borrow it push them up to the room and then bring it right back down, but that’s not what happened. No money you don’t get one.

"My stay at the Embassy Suites was generally positive. The accommodations were good, and I have no major complaints. The only minor inconvenience I experienced was with the elevators, which seemed a bit slow/busy."
