Worst experience ever. I felt like i was in a jail. There was no window. Washroom is old style. Couldnt sleep at night because of the weird noise of the heater and couldnt even sleep in the morning because of the loud noise. I have never felt so bad in any hotel in my life.

Blankets on the first bed were a bunch of sheet not a comforter and the bathroom floor was unbearable freezing we ussed towels to keep my toddlers feet from freezing while entering the bathroom

Went here for our sons 6th birthday to have access to the indoor water park, room was nice and atmosphere was very family oriented, attached restaurant had good food and the ease to get to the waterpark is awesome. We will be returning.

Everything was good. Staff were really helpfull. Direct connection to the waterpark which was great! My only issue was how loud it gets in the courtyard very early in the morning.

staff and other guests super inconsiderate-noisy!!

Multiple hockey teams stayed the weekend there and parents were too busy drinking to stop their kids from banging on doors of other guests, or to stop them from barrelling down the halls and screaming at the tops of their lungs well after 10Pm and as early as 8 am. The staff did nothing to stop the noise either and it was hell dealing with my kids who got barely any sleep because of it. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone who actually wants to relax.

The front desk officer is not so friendly at the Skyline. The housekeeping have a great job when our toilet bowl is clog i call them and went right away to our room and fix it.

Hotel if located in a desirable area of Clifton Hills, within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Went with family and three young grandkids and had a good time. Nothing fancy and good value for the area.
