Love this property! Close to the outlet mall and a quick drive to NOTL and Niagara Falls. Such a beautiful and inviting environment. Restaurants onsite. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Large room and bathroom. Highly recommend!

The property is showing its age, doors with loose knobs, plumbing fixtures that are wobbly, decor which had its golden era 50 years ago. However, the staff are amongst the most professional and friendly I have had the pleasure to meet. The whole property is immaculately clean and the kitchen and bar are first rate.

Stayed many times at white oaks and generally the experience is excellent. We were given room 148, tower building, unfortnately this was close to the exterior back entrance to the parking lot and it was often noisy with people going in and out late at night. Recommend staying on an upper floor. Also, service at the Liv for breakfast was substandard and it took quite some time to get service.
