Hotel, muito bom, mas deixando a desejar em alguns pontos. Vazamento no banheiro, quando chegamos não tinha água, nem o ar-condicionado estava funcionando e muita mosquito no quarto. A piscina não está muito limpa. A comida no buffet acabava e não vinham repor, então pra o que cobram está muito caro com tantas falhas.

Não recomendo, pois o serviço oferecido desse resort é péssimo. Já fui em várias pousadas com estadia melhor que esse resort. Tudo enganacao, você é obrigado a comer do buffet que eles oferecem num valor caro que não vale a pena.

O hotel não possui equipe de primeiros socorros! Tive um incidente e meu filho cortou a boca em um brinquedo, no parque parceiro do resort, e tanto o parque quanto o hotel, não tinham ninguém para socorre-lo. Inadmissível em uma propriedade nesse porte não ter alguém nem sobre aviso. Às piscinas são boas e limpas, mas o hotel precisa de manutenção, bem como melhorar as refeições que são simples demais. Na jacuzzi os pregos do deck estão levantados e acabam machucando as pessoas. Os shows são bananas, mas, no Geral , hoje não voltaria a esse resort.

Resort de boa qualidade. Funcionários solicitos e educados. Estrutura boa. Porem em alguns aspectos precisam de reforma. Moveis antigos, banheiro com box antigo. Piscinas com azel3jos quebrados. A comida e boa, compatível com o valor cobrado. O som e muito alto - poderiam colocar um pouco mais baixo .

DECADENTE
O hotel é muito decepcionante, de resort não tem nada. As fotos não parecem com a real situação, tá velho, precisando de uma reforma urgente, reparações necessárias por todo lado. Travesseiros velhos, roupa de cama velha, água vazando na privada. A piscina na fotos parece muito maior. O que se salva é equipe q são super simpáticos e atenciosos.
