This was our second time, it is a recently remodeled property but extremely dirty, the refrigerator, stove and dishwasher are dirty, the door lock has fingerprints on it as soon as you enter, the kitchen is invisible with burnt food rings. The bathrooms are dirty, they have never vacuumed or mopped under the beds. The air condition on the master was broken and warm we couldn't close the door to let the air from the living room enter. They did not put beach towels until the 3rd day because we took them from a lady's hand. The bathroom towels were incomplete because they had not arrived from the laundry. How is it possible that there are no towels in a hotel? The hand towels were placed on my daughters' floor because the one on the floor was not there and my husband and I were sharing a towel. The access card to the building was not available and they gave us it on the 3rd day, the rest of the days we had to wait for someone to come out to open the door from the office, which when it was closed could be the security guard who was not always there or the cleaning girl who was obviously cleaning an apartment. Last time I stay here. And despite all this, Orbitz decides to believe them, that everything was fine and that there was nothing to resolve. Terrible.place to stay.
