Luxury property, amazing food, impeccable service Will be back! This was the best vacation in Aruba we’ve had and we come every year!! The hotel staff here truly go above and beyond! More food options like pizza, salad bowls and açai bowls would be great! And extra taxis outside but these are minor! The food options here are amazing!! The sushi is a must try!!!

Regis Aruba in March 24 the good is the hotel is beautiful and the room was amazing, now the bad service is terrible not enough staff at all, beach waiters don’t start till 11, to get set up on the beach u have to chase them, No cushions on chairs. wanted to order salad but they ran out of vegetables,they only give you bottled water when you check in, each person dose 10 different things ( hotel shouldn’t be open till it’s ready ) felt like I was at a 2 Star hotel

Grounds were beautiful what I would expect from a St.Regis property..What we didn't like is the lack of communication and support from concierge.The rooftop restaurant the bartenders were exceptional,We had stopped in the first night for a sunset cocktail and was so thrilled with the atmosphere we decided to make a reservation there and cancel at a different location and we specifically asked the hostess if we could sit outside she said of course.We arrive for dinner and she puts us at a table inside! When I asked why is she seating us inside after we were told specifically had the conversation about eating outside she responded that's for larger groups! We were a party of 6 and there was plenty of empty tables out there..Very disappointed in both her ability to understand that we canceled another place because we were told we could eat outside that night.i honestly couldn't believe this was a St.Regis establishment

All of the employees were incredibly nice. All the people whom we encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful. Concierge made all dinner reservations a breeze as well. The only thing I might say is the service in terms of on property dining is a bit slow. However, I do understand the property is fairly new and they may still be adjusting. Aside from that beautiful, clean, and safe resort. Very relaxed and walking distance to restaurants nearby (about 5-10 minute walk).
