The inn was a nice little getaway for one night!! I really enjoyed the atmosphere when you entered the main doors. It was super convenient as it is located near all shops and restaurants. The balcony was also a nice touch to the rooms even thought it was a really cold day.

This was the first time we stayed at this motel, and it seemed a bit tired. The lobby is very nice but the room could use some paint, and a few things needed fixed. The staff was pleasant and did tend to our room. The pool was nice and the kids had a great time swimming. The breakfast was ok but the coffee was hot and that was my priority. We would consider staying here again

Obviously an older property that probably needs a complete refurb. But has been taken well care of in the interim. I booked a room with bunk beds and for two queens. I didn't bother to request we change. Altogether nice hotel for the price. I'd probably stay here again.

We have stayed here many times over the years but we will never be back. We were put in a dirty room, then moved to another dumpy room. We were suppose to stay 3 nights we left after 1 and went to another hotel down the road. This place needs a major overhaul.

Zero heat in room when arrived at 9:30 at night. Front desk staff offered excuses but no solution. Zero channels on television - only thing was static. No food available during "breakfast provided" until complaints were made. Do not recommend this facility to anyone.

First night I was woke to load banging. Later found out it was next-door 1 o’clock in the morning happens until 2/31. I thought it was a domestic violence and some furniture was being thrown around, but it was just. Children at play. Walls paper thin. If you like a good night, sleep and quiet do not ever stay at this hotel. They put me in a room farthest away from the lobby basically out on route 16 four broken down vacuums old dirty sheets were piled up on the chair beside my room on the patio, entrance to my room,#3Place falling apart. No pool towels no pool chairs. Second night half the staff called out work. Women at desk over whelmed. No house keeping. The bathrooms just next to the indoor pool filled feces urine stuffed up toilet paper. Front desk had no clue. back-and-forth with CHILDREN in and out of that bathroom six hours later bathroom still out of order all it needed was a plunger, maintenance guy.book some place else not worth money

We spent one night. There were dirty clothes on the floor from prior guests, we had no wash cloths, the walls were full of scratches in the paint and dents, the door didn’t close tight unless you pushed/pulled on it hard, the fixtures were missing screws, and the hair dryer on the wall didn’t function and looked like it had melted some components. I’m a single mom traveling with my kids and I want to feel safe wherever we stay. We could hear every noise the person upstairs made all night long. The hotel staff were having a disagreement in the lobby in the morning. We will not return.

Run down- staff were friendly

The hotel does not look like the pictures. It is very very run down. Very basic in terms of amenities. Staff were friendly. I’d recommend checking google reviews before booking- they were pretty accurate.

Keys to room stopped working twice within 24 hours. Front desk didn't ask for name or any sort of ID when I asked for new keys. Pictures of rooms in ad are not the actual rooms other than one picture

Pros: Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the king suite was much larger than expected. It was a great location, right in the heart of the outlet shopping and great restaurants. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice but could have used a better cleaning. Cons: It was outdated, one tv was not working properly, the tub (jacuzzi) was very hard to get in and out of and the water was just warm on the hottest setting, and the free breakfast was not good at all; eggs tasted like they were made from something powdered, sausage was dried out, and coffee tasted burnt.

This place really needs updates and deep cleans. We used to come here all the time and will not be returning after this trip. We left a day early because of the room. First room we had smelled like cigarette smoke I went to the desk to change rooms and the older Women at the desk was not so friendly. It was almost an inconvenience to them because their room was not up to standards. The second room was a little better but had musty smell and the ac/heating unit was not clean….. Please consider staying else where if you are looking to stay in North Conway.

BUGS! Room was dated and smelt awful, had to wear slippers as laminated floor areas felt dirty and gritty. Cockroaches in bathroom sink, ceiling, and fridge. Chris was condescending and rude, opposite of helpful. Breakfast 2/10 just because there were bagels at least. Spend the extra money if you care about cleanliness. Management unresponsive - staff dismissed concerns and gave us an email to address issues with. $300 for 3 nights, off season, worth paying more and going elsewhere. ***will say the bed was comfy, and the pool area was more than decent - had it to ourselves one evening.

This is my third or fourth time staying here. I've always been happy, but this time was disappointing. We had our two small dogs with us. I made my reservation through Expedia and on that website, the dog fee was stated as $25/dog. However, when we checked in, we were told it's actually $50/dog. The person checking us in was very nice and explained that the manager has reached out to Expedia many times and asked them to update the fees. However, we still had to pay $100 for the dogs for one night, which was $25 more than the cost of the room. So the dogs ended up costing more than the room! Not much we could do about that, so we did it. Then we had to switch rooms because our toilet clogged and although we tried to get it unclogged, we couldn't. Once again, the staff was very accommodating when we asked to switch. Unfortunately, the room we switched to had some issues as well. The heating unit was extremely loud, the remote didn't work, light switches didn't work, the fan in the bathroom sounded like a cement mixer, and the floor was peeling. All in all, the bottom line is that although the place is mostly clean, and the staff is very nice, the rooms are definitely in dire need of many updates.
