Tv in living room would not work, communication with property manager did not help to solve this problem.
Sink in master bedroom would not drain.
Hot water in showers was sporadic at best, and never got warm in the master bathroom after letting it run for ten minutes.
Cleanliness of the unit was questionable. The cleaning crew changed the sheets, and left towels but dirt under the beds, and floors were not mopped thoroughly.
Sliding glass door to balcony had food and human hair stuck in the tracks. Balcony held together with zip ties which is a safety issue, sliding door was rotted out and not repaired. We have pictures to support all this.
