Someone must've cancelled last minute because I paid a fraction of what this unit is typically listed for per night. Overall I was satisfied with the unit. With that being said, if it weren't for the deeply discounted nightly rate, this review would have a different tone. Positives: The unit is newly renovated. It was clean. There are many pools/hot tubs to choose from. Negatives: No luggage carts to be found. Construction in the room adjacent to ours that was allowed to begin early in the morning which made sleeping in impossible. Double beds. Just put queen size in. There is 4 feet of extra floor space. Do it. With all the pools and hot tubs, the resort needs a full-time maintenance/pool boy. The indoor pool areas were dirty (the floors, especially). The pool & hot tub walls need a good scrubbing. The indoor pool and hot tubs that were in the tower I was staying in were out of order and the sign on the door signified that they had been that way for at least a month. The outdoor pools are good, but not heated and it was cold outside when I was there, so we were left to one small indoor pool, a dirty hot tub, the lazy river, and a lukewarm hot tub. The outdoor hot tubs need to be filled with more water and heated better. I enjoyed one indoor hot tub on the first night, then it was lukewarm the second night. There are things floating in the pools that need to be skimmed. With that large of a facility and that many patrons, they really need to hire a full time pool maintenance person. Lastly, 10 a.m. checkout time is ridiculous. 11 a.m. is bad enough, but 10 a.m.? come on.
