Quiet oasis on the ocean
We absolutely loved this location! It was quiet and the view was amazing. We saw stingrays, starfish, fish, and birds right outside our condo. We did have a car, which was needed because this condo is about an hour from George Town. The car allowed us to explore the whole island. The condo itself is roomy with comfortable beds. The condo is well-appointed and clean. The screened in porch was really nice at the end of the day to watch the sunset and read a book. We would definitely stay again.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo and this location. Very quiet and laid back. Having the restaurant and it be the pickup location for the ferry was convenient. If you wanted more of an upbeat atmosphere Rum Point is just a short drive away.

Perfect Vacation Spot
We stayed at this property with my family, which included my wife and two teenage boys.The location was perfect and away from the busy seven mile beach.The size of the unit was a pleasant surprise in that it was larger than we thought. The master Bedroom was spacious and the bunk beds were the perfect size for my boys.We really enjoyed the balcony which overlooked the beach.Very relaxing and the perfect medicine for our family!

Relaxing and chill week
Highly recommend this property. It was exactly as advertised. It was very clean (and that's saying something for being on the beach). The view was lovely! And we saw many gorgeous sunsets too. Every day during the middle of the day I would read and relax on the balcony and enjoy the view while my kids cooled off. For me this was perfect because my kids always want to be in the pool and I prefer the beach when I'm traveling. I was able to enjoy my beach time while they played in a lovely pool. The overall the area felt safe and was so chill!!! (which is what I was looking for). We basically had a private beach on site. We went to Starfish Point and Rum Point beach in the morning and enjoyed a nearly private experience at both too. Don't be afraid of the drive from the airport. It was easy and passed quickly. We found some delicious waterfront restaurants. Kaibo next door was great. Property management was very responsive. My only critique is that the bunk beds don't have any structure at the head of the bed and was quite high. It made my kids too nervous to sleep up there because they roll around a lot. But the trundle under the bed was very comfortable. My kids slept on those two areas so it still worked out great. Overall exactly the trip I had envisioned. If you're looking for a relaxing warm tropical stay away from crowds and parties - come here immediately.

Family vacation in Kaibo
We arrived an hour before check in time and were allowed to move into the property. It was very clean and offered everything that was promised. During our stay Hurricane Beryl arrived...... we were kept notified of any action we were required to take, and the shutters on the property were put in place before the storm hit. Everyone was very kind and helpful and answered any questions we had. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We love Kaibo
We’ve stayed at several units both in Phase I & II of Kaibo Yacht Club. This was a great unit - beds were probably the most comfortable we’ve had. Unit has everything you need (we may recommend a few more dinner plates but other than that wouldn’t change a thing!). Enjoyed taking the bikes to Rum Point and the kayak and paddle board were a plus. Highly recommend- it’s close to everything but quiet from the craziness of 7 Mile.

Very Beautiful Condo
Our little one absolutely loved making friends at the community pool, even though it was never over crowded so we were able to enjoy it too. The condo was very clean and had most everything we needed (we needed a small cooler, and one was brought over in just a few minutes). Kaibo is a little out of the way, but we honestly loved this about it. Very quite and everyone was super friendly.

Just what we needed
This was our first experience with renting a condo. We normally do resort stays. This property was wonderful and exactly as described. Perfect for a family of 4 with a tween and teen. The unit was well maintained, clean and comfortable with lots of character making it feel homey. Lots of thoughtful amenities provided by the owners. Pool area was great. The property manager, Judy, was very helpful. We explored the island and several beaches. A rental car is definitely needed. We had a Great vacation and can’t wait to return!

First vacation since Covid
We stayed on island Jan 8-15. We were originally booked at Morritts Tortuga Bay. Do not stay here. Do not let your friends stay here. The room was filthy and the appliances didn’t work. Very run down. Thank the heavens for Vrbo and this property. It was perfect. Clean. Spacious. Beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. We were able to reserve same day and spent the rest of our week here. We traveled around the island a lot but the apartment was perfect. We highly recommend and thank you for saving our vacation.
