Cette villa ultra-moderne au design épuré comprend une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée avec de nouveaux appareils électroménagers, des gadgets et toutes les commodités dont vous auriez besoin pour préparer vos propres repas. Profitez du salon et de la salle à manger à concept ouvert où vous pouvez organiser un dîner intime, installez-vous confortablement dans le salon et détendez-vous et lisez votre livre préféré ou regardez un film sur le grand téléviseur à écran plat. Doté de 3 chambres spacieuses et joliment meublées, le Maître dispose d’un lit queen-size, d’un lit queen-size dans la 2ème chambre et de 2 lits jumeaux pouvant être convertis en lit king-size sur demande. À l’extérieur, vous pourrez profiter de votre piscine privée et de votre barbecue, ainsi que de deux kayaks qui vous invitent à explorer l’océan étincelant derrière un récif qui regorge d’un paradis sous-marin à vous couper le souffle.

Wonderful spot
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were looking for a place to disconnect and relax. This place certainly delivered. The overall property is gorgeous. Very well maintained and clear pride in ownership. We were very happy with the North Shore. We had contemplated going to 7 mile, but we were very happy we did not. Very different vibe on that side of the island and not at all what we were looking for for this trip. We would recommend.

Nice Home, But Inconvenient
This was a nice home to stay in, It was pretty clean and had everything we needed. It is out of the way (30min. from most activities), but that can be a good thing too. The beach was nice (rocky and sandy) and the snorkeling right out of the back door was nice. No major complaints, we would just stay a little closer to town as a personal preference next time if we are with our family.

Amazing!
What a beautiful home, property, and beach! The beds were very comfortable and linens were nice. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make drinks to cooking and grilling meals. The snorkeling was great right off the beach! The pool was wonderful! Definitely recommend this property for vacationing.

Great relaxing getaway
My husband and I loved our stay at Villa Esprit. It was very relaxing and had amazing views. The house was just as it looked in the photos. We absolutly loved our stay. Pros: Private location Great kitchen with everything you need Sunrise in the morning was beautiful Morning coffee and views from the living room/dining room, kitchen, bedroom just perfect Cons: Far drive from most attractions - good dining, seven mile beach, shopping etc is about 45-55 min drive Beach by the house - this was nice to look at but not ideal for swimming. The coral was challenging to get in and the snorkeling wasnt great - not a ton to see. It could of just been when we stayed This side of the island was very windy compared to the other side of the island. All in all the house was great - we got massages that came to us! Very nice to relax and recharge! The host was amazing and very responsive!

Villa Esprit is every bit as good as the photos suggest. A beautiful home in a beautiful location with all the amenities one could want. Don's miss out on using the snorkeling gear to explore the reef just off shore!

Slice of heaven!!!
This property did not disappoint. There is not a bad place to be while here. Huge windows and direct visibility of the ocean at all times makes it a gem. Snorkeling straight out from the house and an easy drive to several great restaurants and locations. We will be back!

We had a great stay. Kayaks, boogie boards and lots of board games available. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Bring water shoes the beach is rocky. Also get groceries from Fosters by the airport. Dont forget to hit the Tuka bar restaurant the fish tacos are wonderful.

Peaceful paradise!!
Loved our stay at Villa Espirit! We chose to stay on the quiet side of the island and so glad we did! The house was amazing and just as pictured! Highly recommend snorkeling right off the beach! Had a great time visiting the local restaurants and rum point. Mitzie was incredibly responsive and helpful! We will be back!!!

Great house for 5 ladies to have a family reunion.
This property was excellent. They provided everything we needed to have a fabulous time in paradise. This house is situated on the quiet side of the island and it was perfect for us. There is a small grocery store, right down the road. This was very convenient for our group. There is also a good number of good restaurants, that aren’t a far drive. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The house is wonderful! The beach is delightful, and the reef right in front of the house has perfect, magical snorkeling. The pool is great. Perfectly relaxing. Don't leave the front door open when you load in your luggage, because if you leave a door open for more than 90 seconds, the HVAC system resets to 82 degrees. Normally, it's locked at 72 degrees, which is chilly in the bedrooms but still warm in the living room. They should probably replace the fan for a better one in the living room. Mitzie was really helpful, and available by text and phone. North Side is quiet and gorgeous. Very little food delivery available on that part of the island. Foster's isn't too far away and has everything you need. Chisholm's Grocery is just down the street and has a lot more than you'd think! We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

I enjoy the local climate. Seclusion and an amazing view of the Carribean. The property is 100 percent accurate. If, you want the ability to enjoy the local culture of shopping and moving around at your own pace. Look no further. Our experience was full of utilizing the cayaks, gear, and bbq pit. Rest assured. If, you are into travel and wish to visit Grand Cayman Island you will surely enjoy this gem. Foster's grocery will serve you well.

5 star resort stay
This place was maybe our favorite vacation as a family we have ever had! Everything about this property was absolutely perfect for our stay. From the kayaks, to snorkel gear, water shoes, pool, cleanliness of everyone, kitchen which had everything anyone could need, we wish could stay for another 2 weeks! If we had any questions, response time was in minutes, and the people on the island were so friendly and helpful. It truly was a one of a kind experience and most of this started with this beautiful home that had everything we needed as a family, from ages 6, 16, 19 and in our 40s, it was worth every penny. We know where we will be staying next year and we can’t wait to come back. Only regret was our initial choice of grocery. Fosters had much more choices and at a significant less price. We learned that lesson.

Outstanding home!! Home is just as pictured. We could not get over the views, each day the sunrise was more spectacular than the last! Close to Rum Point and the restaurants. Over the Edge and Tukka are a short drive also in the opposite direction. Diving was great! Got 6 in this trip. We did early morning; had to be on the road by 5:30 am to make the boat with living the dream dive shop…best dive shop on the island. We have used them with each trip. Would absolutely stay at the house again!!

The house and location for us was great! We were looking for something away from everyone, and we got that with this property. The views are amazing! The house is clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare most meals. We did cook and few times and everything we needed was there. We also used the outside grill, which works great. The three bedrooms are great, and the beds are very comfortable. Both bathrooms are also very nice. The stack washer and dryer are located in the second bathroom and are a great way to keep up with towels etc. Both the washer and dryer are new and work perfectly. The temperature of the house is locked at 72 degrees, it was fine most of the time, the bedroom area stays cooler than the main part of the house. Keeping the living area fan on helps cool the main part of the house during the day. You will definitely want to have water shoes for the ocean and beach areas. The beach and water have a lot of rocks, coral and shells to walk over. So, water shoes are a must. The pool filtration system does not work properly. It does not filter anything out of the pool. I called multiple times to have it looked at, finally after the third attempt a pool person came out and told me that I would need to clean the pool myself each day to keep it clean. From that day on I did spend 30 minutes a day to clean the pool so we could use it. This was a huge disappointment. The driveway location is a little scary, because it is on a curve and very difficult to see oncoming traffic when leaving the property. Overall we had a great stay at this location.
