We enjoyed our time and really liked Provincetown. But I want to share a few things that I was not expecting. First there are no sidewalks anywhere in Truro or Provincetown, which I get because of how old the towns are, but the shuttle to Provincetown is a 10 minute walk from this unit and with no sidewalk, we never ended up taking shuttle to town. If we hadn’t had our kids with us we would have. Instead we drove to Provincetown. Be prepared to pay $10-$30 to park in Provincetown at night. Worth it though with great shopping and restaurants. As for the condo, it does not come with sheets or bath towels. Luckily we caught this before arriving and were able to get management to provide them, but it is the first VRBO I have ever booked that doesn’t come standard with bedding and towels (even though it is shown in the pictures). This unit also did not have a blow dryer even though it was listed on the site. The location on the beach is great however there is a lot of seaweed and so it made swimming hard for the kids but was still a great view. There was a very musty smell within the unit, almost like water damage but it was tolerable for our three nights. The door is tricky to lock and unlock, even after reading instructions but we finally got it. Another note is there are no grocery stores or convenience stores near by. Come with groceries or a plan. I would come back here, just would have liked to have known all this before coming my first time.
