Won’t stay again

Staff was not very friendly or helpful for the hotel. The pool/hot tube was out of order which was a main reason we picked this hotel, staff did not tell us that upon check in and was rude when we asked where the pool was. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. Overall, we should have stayed at the holiday inn. Hotel is historic and had charm. They give coupons to their restaurant/bar that’s cool.

the first thing i saw when i entered my room was a roach crawling all over the bed. i went to the front desk and the person working didn't show any morse. just changed my room. the next room tv was my hooked up at all.

Location is excellant and had many amentities.

We had a great time!! We were there for one night, but would definitely come back. There are walkable restaurants and bars. The room was very clean and comfortable. They had a nice pool and hot tub. There was a spa and restaurant there also, but we didn't use. There was an attached bar, which we did go to and was very nice. Very pleasant bartenders.

Beautiful historic hotel in the heart of downtown. Nice comfortable rooms and Caroline's offers many delicious options for eating. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here! And the price is right.
