My family stayed here for a Berkeley graduation. The size and location of the house are good but, we had so many issues. Check in process 2/5 - The instructions were sent to me 4 hours before check in. The check in instructions said "enter code XXXX". The lock was a regular lock. I had to look for a lockbox around the house. Cleanliness 3/5 - The sofas had hair and dirt on them, windows and lamps were dusty. The bathroom and kitchen were clean though. Supplies available 2/5 - There were no towels or extra blankets. The pillows did not have covers. This place cannot sleep 8 people, only 6. There is a queen size bed and a queen size bunk bed - screws were super loose. There was no internet. The front yard is a mess with overgrown weeds. The floor thing that separates the bathroom from the hallway fell off. There is a rug in the room with one bed that is lifted and can't be flattened. The floor in the kitchen next to the dining tabled is lifting. It was very dark at night. I had to leave the front light on the house. For safety, they should have a sensor light at the entrance. The toilet tank was leaking. They had a ridiculous miniature fridge. Decor arund the house is broken and tacky. The lamps in the house don't work. I hope this management company gets their act together.
The good thing about this place is the location and size. The neighborhood is quiet, there is plenty of parking. It's located near retail and UC Berkeley.
