La propriété comprend une maison principale d'une chambre, une petite maison d'amis et une cour fermée. La maison principale comprend une chambre avec lit queen, canapé-lit queen, salle de bain, cuisine complète et terrasse privée. Petite maison dans la cour arrière comprenant entrée privée, lit queen, cuisinette et salle de bain.

La propriété peut accueillir quatre personnes confortablement, mais jusqu'à six personnes sont autorisées avec un supplément après quatre personnes. Les frais de chiffre d'affaires ne sont pas négociables car ils sont payés directement aux services de nettoyage et de linge tiers qui nettoient professionnellement nos unités entre chaque séjour.

Veuillez noter que l'établissement a un chiffre d'affaires le jour même, donc nous n'autorisons pas l'enregistrement anticipé ou le départ tardif car notre personnel de nettoyage et d'entretien compte sur cette fenêtre pour préparer l'unité pour le séjour à venir.

Great for a family (and soccer) getaway
Was in town for a soccer tourney and decided to book this cute beach bungalow for the weekend. Very easy access to the property and parking, and could see and hear the ocean from the front windows. About a 10 min walk from downtown shops/restaurants. My husband appreciated me having my very own snoring wing in the attached suite. Bathrooms are tight, but neat and well-organized. Great stay!

Sound and Sight!
I could see and hear the waves crashing from the front deck. Absolutely wonderful. Husband and I stayed in the front house and my 82 year old Mother in Law and 75 year old Aunt stayed in the tiny house. It was perfect, we all had our own space. Also, a perfect place for my 13 pound dog! Neighborhood is do clean and safe. House and tiny house had everything we needed and was so close to town but it was so quiet, you wouldn’t know it.

Amazing bungalow in Oceanside
I just returned from a very relaxing vacation in Oceanside. I’ve always loved this sleepy beachside town. It’s my favorite beach in all of SoCal. I also love staying in traditional beach bungalows. This one was perfect for me, my friends, a 2 1/2 year old, and dog-friendly too! Great back yard to relax and hang out, complete with BBQ, games, table, chairs, and a hammock. Our daily routine was to enjoy coffee outdoors while playing in the back yard. I took the dog for morning walks and stopped at each beach lookout. It was glorious! The main house has a bedroom with a window air conditioner, adorable redesigned bathroom with built in soap/shampoo/conditioner. The front of the house has many windows, door that opens to the long patio, and a convenient kitchen. The “little house” was just as perfect and that’s where I stayed. I slept so well! The owners and property management are wonderful and checked in every day to ensure we were enjoying our stay and provided suggested great dining spots and local farmers markets! It’s a great place if you’re looking for that traditional Oceanside beach experience. I honestly can’t wait to return.

Charming vintage cottage in great location
Charming vintage cottage in great Oceanside, California location across the street from the ocean. The property was great for our four night stay, and would have been well suited for a longer stay. Off street parking greatly appreciated. Wonderful back yard. We did not get chance to use the back yard, grill, or the second attached unit on the property. Kitchen was relatively well equipped. Appliances a little dated, but quite adequate for our needs. Bathroom very small but adequate with good water pressure and temperature. Would have liked to have room darkening shades and TV in the bedroom. Although there is "beach access" nearby there was no beach between the water and rocks either due to seasonal tides or erosion. Oceanside pier, major shops and restaurants about a mile away, with some even closer to the property. Would stay here again .

We had a fabulous time in Oceanside. The house is so cute and we loved that it has a separate area with the kitchen bedroom and bathroom. We would love to build one of our own. The restaurants are close and the beach is just across the street with access to hang around and soak uptake sun. We would love to stay there again.

Weekend getaway
We had a great time in Oceanside. The cottage was located in the perfect spot. Close to downtown, across the street from the ocean and near parks. The rental needs a little love. It would have been nice if beach towels where offered. Maybe even a dryer. We got caught in the rain and where drenched. Overall we would rent again.

The cottage is small but in a great location. I suggest a bed upgrade and perhaps more towels to be provided, given there is no washer/dryer. Also, the kitchen supplies (pots/pans) need replacing - handles were falling off. The management was excellent and very responsive when inquiries were made. Access is very easy.

So much fun
What a cool place to stay. The backyard is perfect for a dog. The parking space is so convenient. Air conditioning unit (which is rare for the area) helps a lot during the afternoon. The front porch is great for coffee in the morning. Steps away from the water. What’s not to love?!?

Great value near the ocean
The location was amazing, and the communication with the managers was excellent. They really went above and beyond to be sure we had everything we needed, thank you! The property is right across from the ocean and a short walk from the pier, shops and restaurants. The tiny house and backyard were absolutely adorable! The main house was well-loved, but a great value considering all that is has to offer. We would definitely stay there again. A friend in the area even asked for the info so she could book for her out of town guests. All in all it was a wonderful experience and we would recommend if you're looking for something simple, cute, and near the beach!

Just what we needed!
This weekend getaway was just what we needed! We had an amazing time staying at the Bungalow! It was a short walk or bike ride to the beach, shops, restaurants and more. Lauren was super communicative/responsive and had great suggestions on where to go. We enjoyed our relaxing weekend here for the second time with pacific villas and will be back!

Excellent space for families
For our family this property is now known as the Bunny House. Our grandson LOVED seeing a bunny in the lovely yard in the mornings and evenings! How magical for him! The space was very comfortable for 2 couples and a toddler plus the family dogs. Perfect location for our needs…thank you for the hospitality! We hope to stay again!

This place is absolutely amazing!
Overall a very pleasant experience. The rental company was helpful and sent us local recommendations. They texted us check in information which was helpful and appreciated! The property was exactly like the photos and you can see the ocean from the house. We loved listening to the waves on the little front porch.

Short but sweet stay.
Even though our stay was only overnight we truly enjoyed staying at the Bungalow. Wonderful view of the ocean, nice relaxing back yard and the property was so beautifully decorated and maintained. I was somewhat concern about the air fan ventilation only especially because of these recent hot days but when you open the windows the cool sea breeze makes it all better and of course the unexpected window air conditioner in the room made it even cooler. Thank you so much for the outstanding accommodations at the Bungalow. Our family had a phenomenal time!

Cute beach side bungalow with amazing private yard!
Good value, cute and clean. The old charm is still there. I like that the front porch is only accessible from inside the house. Beautiful yard perfect for small pups. Wish I could have stayed longer. Lots of accessories like Beach chairs, patio tables and beach chairs.

Perfect and relaxing stay
The house is incredibly charming and perfect size for a few people. The backyard really makes for the most tranquil stay, my husband and I definitely had an amazing nap in that hammock! Just a very short walk to the beach, this place is a reasonable yet memorable stay.

Oceanside Cottage and Tiny House
Very relaxing 5 days with our adult children and dogs. Adequate supplies to bbq and cook at home. The cottage and tiny house have been tastefully upgraded. Lots of fans but still hot in the afternoon. There are a few windows that spontaneously shut or don't open which affects ventilation. The yard was delightful and there was grass, flowers in bloom and lots of places to sit. Would happily stay here again.
