My stay was comfortable and easy to get checked in and breakfast was great with great service. The only thing I was surprised about was that since I booked through hotels.com, I was not guaranteed a King bed like I had reserved. I was bumped from a King bed to two doubles. If I had known that because of the 3rd party booking I could be bumped, I would have booked directly through the hotel's website.

Myself, my partner, our baby and our 2 dogs stayed at the hotel over the Thanksgiving weekend. Our stay was very pleasant. However, we booked through hotels.com and were informed that the hotel would allow pets and included parking. When we checked out of our hotel, I soon realized that even though those services were available, the hotel charged a fee for both of those services which I was unaware of and I wish I had known that beforehand.
