This was our first time staying in Norman, OK at Stone Hill! We had a great experience from the moment we walked in. Staff was all very kind, we had a nice and clean room, and the hotel overall was a great stay. Thanks for having us!

It did not look like the photos. The bed was super uncomfortable. We could hear the sirens from the hospital all night long. We couldn’t wait to get up and get home. The breakfast was nice and had a lot of options. The service at the front desk and at breakfast were phenomenal. Just unfortunate that the hotel itself wasn’t great.

My wife and I have stayed here several times usually with a good experience. We were first greeted by a huge hairball in the entry way when we opened the door to our room. Then the TV didn’t work and they didn’t know how to fix it. Breakfast was great as always. We will stay again but if we have another similar experience it will be time to look at other places.

I stayed at this hotel a few years back when it was new and it was very nice for mid tier. This time it was average; it appears worn out and not well maintained. For the price it's safe and clean enough with free parking and breakfast.

A 10!

The guy at check-in was friendly and funny. Check-in was quick. Room was clean and quiet. Bed and pillows were comfy. I would say they could have an extra blanket in closet. We were there during a cold snap and the coverlet and blanket on bed were not quite adequate for the 10 degree temps outside. Breakfast was way beyond what other hotels offer. A lady was checking often to ensure everything was filled. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others staying in the other area. Not negative to say.
