Place looked nice, but at check in they informed us that the ac in the hotel was busted, but wouldn't be bad because one of the units was still working and the lobby wasn't too bad. Got to the room and it was very warm, pool was freezing and hot tub was out of order. Plus they want 7 dollars for a bottle of water in the room.

Our main issue was that we were not told until check in that the room we were being assigned did not have a working A/C. Which, in December you would think would be fine, except the room was so incredibly hot. We left the window open from 4pm onward and it was still way too warm in there. No remedy to the situation was offered and when we asked staff for a fan, the only response we got was "sorry" and that she didnt speak english with again, no other assistance offered. We understand if the AC cant be fixed or if there isnt a fan but the staff knew it wasnt working when we checked in but not a mention of it, another room or even just a discount were considered as way to express apologies. We couldnt sleep at all that night, even without blankets or clothes, because it was so uncomfortably warm. We gave up around 730am and just got up because we couldnt do it anymore after being out until 3am so we decided to just go ahead and go home. Other than that issue; the hotel, service, parking employees were all friendly, clean and great.

The room temperature was high 75 degrees, we set up the air conditioning to 68, but it did nothing, the temperature stay all the time in 75. Dining was limited up to 10 a.m for breakfast and started at 5:00 p.m. nothing in the middle no even room service.
