My siblings and I chose Omaha for our family gathering this year as it was equidistant for all of us. The house had more than adequate room and Oralia did everything she could to make sure every space, including the third floor, stayed as cool and comfortable as possible during some of the hottest days of the year.
The only thing I took issue with was some house rules that aren't in the listing, no running and no yelling. As we had a 3 and 4 year old in our group who do get over tired and cranky, this kept us all a little on edge during our stay. Had I known these were part of the house rules I would probably have passed on this property with kids so young.
Overall, it was a great location, beds and furniture were comfortable, and if we go to Omaha again in a few years, we'll look to stay here.
