Service was great. Extremely quiet. But as far as room cleanliness bathroom had a very bad smell to it. Shower towels smell like mildew possible not enough detergent while wash cycles. housekeeping was friendly n courteous. Room carpet was extremely dirty i had brand new white socks on and they came home and were dirty like I walked in dirty mud without the chunky stuck on sucks. But just filthy carpet obviously needs a shampoo.

This is my 3rd stay at The Hotel Fera & it just gets better! it’s close to Disney! This recent stay i had a minor inconvenience that needed maintenance and wow! Alan was great he knew exactly what was needed. Very good customer service & tending what was needed. Thank you Alan & the receptionist! If I could give more than five stars I would.

Great place to stay when in Anaheim. This was our second time staying here, and my kiddos enjoy how comfortable the beds are. Great place to stay at with many areas to dine/shop nearby. Staff was awesome just like before.

Worker checking us in was not digging her job. Every other worker elsewhere checking out and at the bar were hella cool. When we were checking out it was impossible to get an elevator. They were full of guests also checking out.
