Elegant apartment located in the historic center of the lively town of Orbetello in Tuscany, overlooking the Western Lagoon.
It is located on the second and last floor of a building in the center and overlooks, on one side, the road adjacent to the course and, on the other, towards the lagoon.
As soon as you open the door, you can already breathe tasteful air as you enter a beautiful, stylishly furnished lounge/dining room.
The living room leads to a fully equipped and spacious kitchen and a study with sofa and bookcase from which, then, you enter the first bathroom with shower.
To the left of the entrance, however, there is a corridor that leads to two spacious double bedrooms and a large bathroom with a bathtub.
A beautiful wooden staircase leads from the living room upstairs, attic, with exposed wooden beams, where we find another double bedroom.
If you want tranquility, but you want to be a stone's throw from shopping, walking, clubs and restaurants, this is the right apartment for you.
