Roomy, Spacious and Well Themed
As lovers of Disney, this home was well themed to our liking. The theater was our favorite because of the details in theming and the surround sound was crazy good. It was also nice to enjoy the hot tub after long days at the parks. The changing lights in the hot tub was also a plus. We also appreciated the washer and 2 dryers to be able to keep up with laundry. Our party of 11 had more than enough room to spread out and be comfortable. Would highly recommend

Stop Scrolling----this is THE house!!!!
Flawless! 4 king suite bedrooms—perfect!3 themed bedrooms for kids—perfect! Heated pool and spa—amazing! Splash Pad for the kids—well used and enjoyed immensely! 2 additional full bathrooms—much appreciated. 2 clothes dryers—genius. Theater room and a Pac-Man/Galaga game machine—just a bonus and the perfect way to end the day.The location was awesome. Easy access to Disney, Walmart using only back roads, Publix, as well as restaurants and a water park (neither of which we used). We had the splash pad and pool, so had our own water park. 13 people in the house and everyone was comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cookware, so we never ate out except at the parks. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and very safe to walk.We could not have found a better spot for our family and it will be the first place we try to book if/when we go back. 5 stars is not enough for Olaf’s Funhouse!

Excellent house!
The house was perfect and just as pictured. We had a total of 11 people. Everything was labeled and easy to figure out. There wasn’t anything they forgot. We jumped right into our annual Disney/ Universal trip which was super close. Gated community and the kids loved the splash pad. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Close to the parks!
We loved the frozen theme. The house had enough room for our 12 family members. We liked that the adult bedrooms had bathrooms. We loved the Frozen themed bedrooms for the kids. The pool and hot tub helped after a long day at the parks. The kids loved the splash pad. We enjoyed the theater room when we had family movie night . The kitchen had just about everything you needed to make your meals in. It is also so close to shopping and the theme parks.

This house is stunning! Everything matched the pictures and descriptions. But honestly pictures don’t do this house justice. Super close to Disney parks but nice to get away from all the crowds and have a private pool and hot tub.

Perfect for our family reunion
This property was perfect for our family of 11: Grand parents and 3 children/spouses in the 4 master suites and kids in the Frozen themed bedrooms. The pool/hot tub/splash pad are where loved by the whole family. Pool heating and gas grill were included in price (many others I looked at charged extra for these). We looked at many many VRBO options and delegated this one and couldn’t be happier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Perfect for families!
My sister in law posted pictures on social media, and I have already had so many people asking me for the link! This place truly has it all for littles and is awesome with 4 masters, 3 on main level! No need to bring pack in play, single stroller, high chair, booster seat for eating. So safe with pool... alarms are set high and several locks to ensure safety. Owners are super responsive! My type A heart loved all the detailed information provided before arrival. We had a lovely time! Most days the kids begged to stay at the vacation house abd play in the pool. Great location as well! All kinds of food abd Walmart and Target nearby. Community was super clean and nice too.

A great themed family adventure
This property was a huge hit for both the adults and kiddos (two 2yo, one 3yo, one 5yo). The neighborhood and location was great for getting to restaurants/shopping and Disney. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for the week. Even items for the children like cups, plates, utensils, high chairs, pack and plays and safety gates were provided. Grocery delivery was also seamless for anything else we needed. The pool, splash pad and hot tub were incredible. The kids must have spent 8hrs a day out there and we had to peel them away the morning of departure. Plenty of outdoor seating for anyone not getting wet too. The movie theater was also a big hit and the bathroom/bedroom layouts were very conveniently set up. Communication from the owner was timely and addressed any questions/needs that arose. This is an all around amazing home, with great theming, and we are already talking about plans to return next year!

Great family vacation home
We had a group of 15 including grandparents, parents, teens, kids and an 8 month old. Perfect location for visiting Disney. The Frozen decor was a huge hit with the little. Lots to do at the house with the splash pad and movie room. We didn’t even need to leave. House was fully stocked with everything you need. We had Walmart grocery delivery set up when we arrived which worked great. We also ordered delivery food daily, all great experiences. Perfect house and perfect hosts. Great family time together
This was our second visit to the Olaf House. My husband and our 7 children (3-25) were joined by my parents. The Olaf House was the perfect base for our Disney and universal visits. We had plenty of room, kitchen, and the fun pool area to enjoy together. The hot tub was great to soak our aching muscles after long days at the parks. The location was great… Close to stores and the parks.

This place is PERFECT
The theming is absolutely amazing and the house is so great for a large family (or in our case 2 families). I’ve seen rentals on here that look good in pictures but then you get there and they are a massive disappointment, but this isn’t that place. Everything was so great here I honestly can’t stress enough how happy we were. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness only because my wife was incredibly nitpicky and saw some dust on the blinds that annoyed her…but seriously it’s still 4 stars for cleanliness. If you’re looking for it you might see some things that could have been missed, but overall the place was very clean. Don’t take it to mean it’s dirty. It’s not. Take it as this is me being 110% honest and letting you know exactly what you’re getting here. Long story short: this place was amazing and I hope we get a chance to stay here again. If you have kids who love frozen DO IT. If you have a bunch of adults and you need 4 master bedrooms DO IT. This place is everything we hoped it would be and more.

The home was certainly large enough for all of us… 13 in total The kids loved the pool. And the cinema room. We had a fantastic trip, and having this home as a base was perfect for all of us. We did have a significant issue in our last days and the owner dealt with it promptly and empathetically. The property management company less so. All in all i would recommend this home without any hesitation

Great house for family vacation!
We spent a week visiting the Disney Parks to celebrate two birthdays in our extended family. The house was perfect for our family consisting of three couples, four children ages 4-16, my 27 year old nephew and my mother-in-law. The bedrooms had great separation and the common areas were perfect for gathering. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, splash pad! The movie theater was also a big hit. Close to the Disney parks and Walmart.

Magic even at "home"
If you are considering this home, book it! We were a party of 12 including 4 kids (age 3-6). The house offered as much fun as Disney and the ability for adults to relax and do family time. Katie is a wonderful host! Home is better than described with so much attention to detail-lots of kids' dinnerware, Olaf and Princess towels , plenty of beach towels, adorable kid rooms, relaxing and spacious master suites. Super easy drive to Disney parks. The pool (with outdoor TV), splash pad, movie theater and arcade were huge hits with the kids. The kitchen was spacious and well outfitted even a Mickey wafflemaker! 3 coffee machines made the morning go super smoothly. Thanks Katie for allowing us to make a TON of fun Disney memories!

Great location
Property managers dropped the ball and didn’t have enough staff to have the property ready when we arrived. The property owners are so responsive and quickly remedied the situation. This house had a great layout for our family of 16 ranging in age from 61 down to 4 months. We can’t say enough good things about the property owners and have already recommended this property to friends.
