This house worked very well for us. The house is very clean and the layout was great for 2 adults and 2 teens. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located near the Disney Parks. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and home theater.

Not what I expected
I will be honest, I checked in and the place was ok but not what I expected, so I didn’t even stay. The home, rooms walls need some TLC as they look old and worn. Maybe some people are ok with it, but I have stayed at multiple vrbo homes that were above and beyond this one. It was my Thanksgiving with my mom and kids and I refused to stay in a place lace that didn’t meet my standards. After this experience, I must say I will be rethinking staying at vrbo homes again since I am a little bit gun shy of pictures not matching the home quality.

Disney fun
House was nice, with a gew cavets. The a/c grill were old snd celing around them needs cleaning badly. Mattresses were not real comfortable in most bedrooms. Rest of house and pool were fine, plenty of pans dishes etc. Movie room was hit with kids and gave adults space to relax. Lots of pool toys and ht tub was great after long days in the parks. Overall a good deal and enjoyable.

Very Fun, Delightful House
Our family of 6 adults loved how spacious, well-themed, comfortable and fun this house was. It was well equipped with the basics. The back porch with the hot tub and pool was so delightful. We enjoyed watching a movie in the movie room, then had fun dressing up in the costumes provided. It couldn’t have been more perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is close to Disney and pet friendly. The house is one level except a step down to get into the media room and laundry. It was clean and comfortable for our family and 2 small dogs. Kellyn is very responsive and helpful. We had a lovely visit!

We were blown away with how nice this house was! All the decor and attention to detail were on point! The pool and hot tub worked very well and was well maintained! Fun vaction home.
We loved the house. The themes of the rooms and the decor was so fun and well done. The pool and hot tub were a hit. Getting a hold of the owner was easy and checking is was super easy. After arriving late from Maryland being able to just walk in with no issues was a relief. The only complaint was the A/C doesn't go lower than 70 and we like it to be cold when we sleep other than that everything was awesome.

A great find comfortable and extras
This property hit all of my checklist boxes. It was spacious and a good distance from both Disney and Universal. My youngest used the theater room to watch his favorite movie one evening with his grandmother, we brought and cooked some popcorn in the microwave and they had a great time. The washer and dryer were huge and worked well. The pool was very nice and everyone loved the hot tub. It was not the exact one in the pictures but it was comparable and newer so no complaints from us, trust us its great! The house was very spacious and we enjoyed the faux fireplace under the huge living room tv. It has to be well over 70 in because that is what I have at home and it seemed larger LOL. The property owner was an absolute pleasure to work with and every silly tiny question she was right there and friendly. The house stayed nice and cool and everyone loved it some of our theme park days the kids even opted to stay in at the rental house instead of going with the rest of us to the parks LOL. Grab this house while you can, we probably will again 😁

This property was not only beautiful and well themed/decorated, but it was so quiet and had everything we needed. We I loved the private pool and hot tub. The laundry was convenient and the movie room was so cool! We definitely want to say here again. We went to Disney while staying here and it was close by and after the long days of walking. The pool and hot tub were great.

Spacious and quiet
The location was ideal for Parks and visiting my daughter. Very spacious layout, loved the hot tub in the morning before it got hot out. The pool was very refreshing during the day. Owner had it we'll stocked with essentials. Very easy to check in. Not a gated community which we prefer and the driveway was wide enough for two vehicles. Elvis's room had costumes, fyi the one lens to his shades were already popped out! We used the entertainment room to watch my daughter's play when she was in high school. We were in town for her college graduation and when the 2 pm rain hit we migrated from the pool to the entertainment room. Would definitely stay again. We'll be back in late October, unfortunately it appears it's already booked.

Summer stay
For the most part we enjoyed this property, it’s a relatively short distance to everything, the neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. The house itself certainly had great theming, and we utilized the pool quite a bit as well as the hot tube. I would have give 4 of 5 stars but we had a few things that we were not overall impressed with during the stay. The biggest thing was the request to keep the central air at 74 degrees and everyday we were there it was 90-95 degrees all day at parks and the beach…needless to say it would have been nice to stay cooler after returning each night. Also, I had to take a cold shower one night as the hot water heater turned off and my wife had to call the property manager to get that turned back on. Lastly, most of the house is pretty nice but it seems there are corners cut with updating and repairing things, the toilet in the master rocks back and forth while on it, the front room couch was clearly damaged by a pet prior or something as it has large patches all over it. The material from the patches comes off on your skin if your arm is on laying on it; and the outside rug by the hot tub needs replaced badly. Ultimately, the owner was pleasant to deal with during initial requests and payments, and we loved the theme of the home as well as proximity to things. Huge bonus that pets are allowed, but it feels like corners are cut to save a buck, and it shows!

We absolutely loved the house/pool! The neighborhood was quiet, the house was even better than Pictured! The privacy fence was great since the neighbors are So close. We hope to return again next may!! I'd definitely recommend this house!!!! My favorite florida rental from vrbo so far! ** just remember to bring paper towels, and trash bags!
