Just okay
My partner and I thought that the location was just okay, however, this property is overpriced in our opinion. I contacted the property manager a few times and only got one response back for the duration of our stay. There is no wifi on property besides a public WiFi (which means some devices won’t connect for security reasons) so beware. The food on property was okay (3 stars), the transportation was really hard so that is definitely an issue when staying here. Also, our unit had a connecting door to the next unit and it was unlocked when we arrived, it took awhile to have someone come lock it. Sort of a security issue if you ask me, if we hadn’t caught that then the people next door would have access to your room, very strange. Overall, I would not recommend this location to a family or friend.

Disney trip
Me and boyfriend stayed here during our Disney trip with our dog. It was very clean. The check in process was smooth and The manager was easy to communicate with. It was a family friendly area and very beautiful. We loved having a porch to relax at the end of the day.

False advertising
Spent several hours picking out a room for my daughter and family for a family getaway. Selected King bed with balcony overseeing lake. When she checked in she was given a room with a standard bed and bottom level. She has two children and had to go back to front desk to ask for a king size bed and balcony overlooking lake which was booked. Front desk explained "what you book isn't what you always get". They did accommodate and gave her a room with a king size bed on the bottom floor with a patio. Not what was expected. I contacted the property manager and he basically said he could "do nothing". He even asked my daughter to go to the front desk to see if they could help her...why are you the property manager if you have no control?? False advertising and no one cares.. you wont get what you booked. DONT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU DONT CARE BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE!!

Misleading online listing
Pictures don’t look anything like what we got. Brought this up to the hotel and the owner and was told that I was actually upgraded which is false because my room was smaller than the online listing and had no balcony. Was given $50 refund and that was it. Just know you will not receive the rooms provided in this listing and no one will help you.

Easy Access
We enjoyed our stay, the only thing we would had changed is the amount of people smoking marijuana. Took a tour with an agent and walked right through a big amount of marijuana smoke. Agent told us it's hard to avoid.

Would definitely stay again
This resort was very easy to get to and to navigate within. Beautiful and well maintained property. 10 minutes to Magic Kingdom and about 12 minutes to Disney Springs. The check in/check out process was very simple and the staff were very friendly. I went with a friend but it is very family friendly as well. It was 34-60 degrees when we stayed so we didn't have a chance to explore all of the outdoor amenities. I will definitely look into staying again and would recommend this property to a friend.

Great resort, great location.
I didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the room unfortunately because I was traveling for work but the resort itself was very nice. It is very conveniently located to all the major theme parks and lots of stores nearby for necessities. I gave it four stars because the room was not as clean as it could have been and we were locked out of the room on our third night. The floors were dirty and full of sand I assume from a previous stay and I didn’t use the tub because I didn’t have a chance to go buy cleaning supplies/bleach. It must have been the last room cleaned on a Friday before the cleaners got out for the day. On the third day returning at 11pm after a long work day both of our room keys stopped working at the same time. We had no issues with them prior since we had arrived. I drove to the main building and assumed I just needed the cards reprogrammed as sometimes happens with hotel keys. The lady at the desk asked me if the light flashed red on the door handle. I told her it did not and she told me that it wasn’t the cards fault but if there’s no lights that there was a problem with the door lock itself. She programmed me new keys anyway just in case. She called security in front of me and then told me security would meet me back at the room to unlock the door manually for us because they were the only ones that could. I returned to the room immediately where my fiancé was waiting and I tried the new keys. Still not working. My fiancé and I were standing at the door waiting for security for over a half hour and they just never showed up. My fiancé took the keys from me and tried again after 40 mins. Viola, all of a sudden both keys worked again. At this point it was after midnight and we were exhausted. It’s obvious they reset something or fixed the lock remotely and just didn’t bother coming over to our building for that reason. It would have been nice if they still took the 5 minutes it would have taken them to drive over in their nice golf carts to let us know so we weren’t waiting outside our room for 40 minutes. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory.

Disappointing
Let me start by saying that this property is very spacious for a one bedroom. The bathroom space and room amenities are great for a short vacation. It has a nice size refrigerator and the king size bed was comfortable and large. Now for the not so good…. My husband and I drove down for a short anniversary weekend. We live on Florida so it’s just a short 6 hr drive for us. We come several times a year and we usually stay on property at Universal Studios. We thought we would try something different this time since we were only going to the park for Halloween Horror Nights this time. BIG MISTAKE! From the time we arrived it was a nightmare. The check-in process was a circus! It took us almost TWO HOURS to get checked in. I stood in line for over 30 mins, received my keys, drove to our unit (keep in mind this resort is huge and you can’t just walk to your room) gathered our luggage and went to our unit on the 6th floor only yo find that our keys would not work. I called the front desk and they said we would have to come back to the check in area to have ours cards “re-programmed”. We lugged our luggage back downstairs, reloaded the car and drive all the way back to the check-in. After standing in line AGAIN to get the keys fixed, we repeated the process only to find that the keys STILL did not work. I had to call someone and explain what was happening. I refused to go back to checkin and insisted that they send someone to help me. Security finally arrived and fixed the actual lock on the door. When we finally got inside- the unit was dirty and there were still wet towels on the floor from the previous tenants. The floors were dirty and there was a sheet laying on top of the comforter like someone had just pulled the bed sheets up after they got up. All of this and by the time we got into our room and got ready to leave, we were already late for the event we came to attend. Bummer! We took an Uber because we had planned to have a few drinks. Although this property is fairly close to Disney, it is NOT close to Universal Studios. It took us over 40 mins to get there and the Uber driver told us that most drivers don't like to travel that far out because of time. Checkout is at 10am. We had packed our things the night before with the intentions of sleeping as late as possible and just hopping in the car. The cleaning crew came into our room at 8:45. After telling them we were not ready they still came back twice pushing us to leave saying “no english”

Fun Stay
My wife and I booked this property for our wedding anniversary. We enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was easy and the property was beautiful. Our only complaint was that the shower curtain had a few mold spots on the bottom of the curtain. The rest of the unit was clean.

Stayed for 3 nights. Didn’t get a chance to utilize the resort itself. There were No towels, wash cloths, or dish soap. Had to call main desk. Bathroom floor was dirty. Unit needed some dusting. Clock with usb plug ins did not work. Bed was hard! Customer service was nice!!
