Everything was great except the parking. Coming in from Ivanhoe was a bit of a short, sharp turn to make it without hitting the curb or the control box for entry. I feel like coming in from orange ave would be nearly impossible for a full size vehicle. The valet parking takes up the first 2 1/2 levels of the parking, mostly for no reason that i saw(it stayed relatively empty over the 3 day weekend). Otherwise, the hotel was nice, clean, and looked fairly up to date. The hotel staff was divided on helpfulness, some staff was knowledgeable and others seemed clueless(possibly new?)

Our first room smelled like mold. When we went to the front desk the receptionist made it difficult for us to get a new room. The second room we got had a broken toilet paper holder, the bathtub filled with water while taking a shower, and the sink had poor draining.

Great stay. From the moment we checked in, Michelle was very helpful and courteous. She did not hesitate to throw some recommendations our way and let us know what to look out for or do on our trip. Upon check out, Brent was amazing. We grew up down the street from eachother and customer service Friendly and very personable. Thank you guys for making this stay as welcoming and warm as you did.

One night concert trip
The staffs are very nice. They offer a warm cookie when we check in. I get one for my daughter. The place is very secure, because it need the room key to use the elevator to go up. Only a few mild things that i didn't give all five stars. Because I don't like the mattress too soft, I prefer the firm mattress. The bathroom is missing a toilet paper holder and the bathtub's faucet cover is loose. Also we can hear someone snoring from next room. We only stay one night. We didn't have time to enjoy the rest of facility. If I can request the firm mattress, I definitely will book this hotel again.

Our room was nice, and the hotel staff we we interacted with were all friendly. We had issues getting into our room (battery on the door lock died), and they were quick to send someone to assist us. The only difficulty we had was ordering room service; my wife called them several times (at times when they were supposed to be available), but no one answered. Overnight parking price is a little steep, but overall price was still lower than comparable hotels in the area.

Upon arrival, the staff was very pleasant even got a cookie. The rooms were neat and clean. Everyone I encountered within the 24 hours was very happy, smiling and accommodating.

The room smelled like old man smoking on 5 packs of smoke. The ad said that I would have a room with a view of the city. The view that I had was a wall I asked for them to change my room. They did the other room was better, however not truly satisfied with this place.
