My wife thought she booked at the Disney Springs location. We learned that when trying to register. Patrick was one of the nicest customer service people I have dealt with in a very long time. He explained the situation and offered us a room but at a much higher price. We decided to come to this location and when we got there, we found out that he called ahead to make sure we were taken care of. The young lady at the counter welcomed us, said he had called and upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge because our godchildren had come with us and needed to swap our king bed for two doubles. Please let your staffs know that they are truly appreciated!

Great hotel, friendly staff, much more than we anticipated, as got free evening meals and 3 free bar drinks....but not what we would necessarily drink, but still great offer, free soda, free popcorn, plenty of choice for breakfast, and evening meal decent. Room was nice, nice pool which is heated, very large hot tub, very nice and warm. Only possible issue was all the roadworks as building a new Disney park nearby. Ideal location for parks and shopping.

I’ve never stayed at a hotel that served free food in the early evening along with free drinks and soda. What a nice and convenient service to provide to the guests!! So helpful for families with children since going to restaurants in the area is so expensive. Staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful, can’t say enough about my stay there, would definitely stay there again.

Due to an unusual string of events before we arrived at her hotel, they had canceled our reservation. We didn't arrive to the hotel till 4 AM and they cancel reservations at 3 AM. However a very lovely young lady named Sasha fixed our reservation got us into our room and even offered an extended stay. I am very pleased with Drury Inns and Suites. I highly recommend!!!

Check in and out was a breeze. Staff was very kind and courteous always acknowledging you on site. Room was clean and kept well. Breakfast was plentiful and always kept fully stocked.

This stay was very disappointing. The AC was not working and spent two nights sweating. The room smelled and the pillowcases/ bedding stunk like it had not been washed. The outlets did not work to charge our devices and lighting wouldn’t turn on either. The food in the evening smelled and looked gross, lobby was unkept. Overall very unpleasant experience for $240 per night room. Never again
