Thank you for welcoming my family into your home. The location was perfect, and the resort amenities were a great bonus for my kids. However, I wanted to bring a few housekeeping issues to your attention that need addressing.
Firstly, the listing's information about the beds was inaccurate. The couch was broken and, after being repaired, came off the tracks again. One chair was missing a leg and was unusable for sitting or sleeping. Additionally, the dishes and utensils were dirty with food residue, and there was a broom but no dustpan. We also encountered an infestation of large ants.
Moreover, the HVAC system whistles continuously day and night while running, and it’s too hot to turn it off, which significantly affected our comfort.
On Friday, the water was shut off for about 45 minutes, causing us to miss a scheduled evening with family. We did not receive any notification about the shutdown or any follow-up information, which was a significant inconvenience.
Due to these issues, I would like to request compensation. Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to these matters.
