King Palm Villa is especially stunning and is located within what is generally accepted to be one of the best family friendly resorts in the Disney area, Windsor Palms Resort. King Palm Villa has a fully enclosed lanai with a south facing pool/spa. Kissimmeevacayvillas.
FREE spa heating included within the published nightly rate. The local Villa pool heating is an optional fee of $25/night for the entire stay. If you're traveling on a restricted budget, the clubhouse community pool is heated free of charge to all guests staying at King Palm Villa. The clubhouse pool is a VERY short 5 minute leisurely walk from King Palm Villa, and is a wonderful place to spend the day in the sunshine.
This villa is located just 3 miles from Disney World. A mature evergreen hedge surrounds the pool and deck welcoming a peaceful atmosphere for enjoying the Florida sunshine or poolside meals. At night switch on the pool illumination and marvel at the stars.. King Palm Villa is situated just minutes from several theme parks, shops and restaurants while being part of the very private, peaceful and gated Windsor Palms Resort. King Palm Villa is stylishly decorated with full range of electronic equipment for guests to enjoy… the electronic equipment includes: LCD 4K TV, VCR; flat-screen TV/DVD in the Master Suite and flat-screen TVs in the other bedrooms. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you are likely to need to enjoy home cooked meals. Guests also enjoy FREE WiFi as well as free hi-speed streaming.

King Palm Villa is like all other short term rentals... it is a self catering house. The following welcome package perishables will be provided upon arrival and is independent of the length of stay. The guest is responsible for all supplies required after this start up quantity is exhausted.

1 x small soap at each sink in the bathrooms/toilet AND SHOWER. Or two soaps if it’s a double sink
