Business Trip

We ended up here on a business trip due to our other reservation falling through. It was late at night and we booked on hotels.com and then headed to the location and checked in. The place was a great value as the rentals are huge (we ended up in a 3 bedroom) and the price was affordable. The rooms are dated and our TV didn't work for one of the days but it wasn't a big deal. The location was convenient and very close to outlet shopping. We didn't use the amenities like the pool, game room or shuttle etc. but the stay was comfortable and we are looking into returning with our whole family next year to do the parks. I would return and reccommend for the value and comfort.

The door would only close properly if we slammed it very hard. The balcony sliding door was extremely heavy and needed help to open and close it. The water backed up in shower and one of the toilets needed help to flush. Both are an easy fix. The pool was lovely and so we're the people who work there. Very nice and will visit again

Large and clean.

So pleased, unit was large and clean and quiet. Our unit was 3 bedrooms and slept 3 adult couples comfortably. This unit had a king bedroom, two additional bedrooms with 2 double beds in each and a queen pullout sofa bed. You could sleep 12 in this unit if you needed to. Beds and furnishings looked new. Convenient to lots of restaurants and stores. Pool was great. Would stay here again.

Friendly and clean but needs an update

We stayed at Floridays for 4 nights while on a family trip to the local parks. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They had available units and so they upgraded us to a 3-bedroom unit when they saw we had 2 kids with us. Also, we received regular (but not overwhelming) texts from the staff checking in to see how they could make our stay better. The cafe/store was a huge blessing to be able to grab coffee and breakfast on our way to the parks and a quick drink/snack at the end of the night. The entire unit was very clean but our only hang up was that things were very worn and dated. A new(er) mattress and a few updates could make this resort a 5-star.

I didn't receive the free room upgrade that i usualy receive from previous front desk employees. This lady that checked me in said she has never upgraded anyone from expedia to a 3 bedroom and I would have to do it through expedia..I did explain to her that all the previous times i have stayed i recieved the room upgrade from the front desk associate. She basically disregarded what I told her and she was not pleasant or polite in any way.

I like this stay because the staff were very accommodating plus the property location makes it easy to leave the area with public transportation. I need to walk daily and the area is safe and walking conditions are perfect.
