The staff has really bad manners when in comes to hospitality. We were accused of not having pay for breakfast, when in fact we had paid for it. They didn’t even wanted to check to see if what were saying was true or not. They just told us no. They told us that our room was in the list to be cleaned, because we wanted at least clean towels and in the whole stay, not once our room was cleaned. We were supposed to stayed until monday, we checked our early, a day before. I would never stay in a Hilton again (mind you, in my history of bookings, I’ve always chose Hilton, very disappointed)

I was skeptical about staying so close to a mall. Did we have minor traffic? Yes. But so worth it. Peaceful, ample parking that’s included in your stay. So many places to eat one of the higher end malls within walking distance. Staff was great, they were able to accommodate me with a late check out despite being busy and most importantly the property was clean! Loved the room setups. Definitely recommend!

Rude Staff

The Staff was rude from checkin. They did not offer free coffee as every Hilton I've ever stayed in has. I had to pay $4 for a 1 Small 8oz cup of coffee and had to walk back forth across the lobby just to get creamer. I Purchased the coffee my 2nd day at the buffet and was told I could go to the front to use the creamer and the person at the front desk yelled at me statying "the coffee is not free" to which I advised him I had already purchased it and was simply using the creamer which I was told I could do. I advised him he was rude and I would be reporting him.
