Check in was time consuming. It’s a vacation club. So many people (time share owners) in line at the check in counter to ask questions. Hotel guests had to wait in the same line. We waited 30 minutes and the line only moved by 2 people. Salespeople walking around everywhere, ready to make a vacation club sale, yet no hotel clerks to help expedite check in. Property is located too far away from any restaurant options/fast food, or grocery stores. Outside of the property is really run down. Our check out time was 10 a.m. at 8:00 a.m we had a man carrying a leaf blower ringing our doorbell over and over telling us it was time to leave so he could clean the suite. He wasn’t English speaking so we had a hard time trying to get him to understand our check out time was 2 hours away. Property is too big. More like a golf resort. Very hard to find our unit. I won’t stay there again. Not a great experience.

So many nice people both staff and guests. Pools were clean and warm and lots to do. Parking was easy and staff answered all our questions promptly. Would recommend.
