Disappointing stay

Wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel is not sound proof. Could hear the people in the rooms beside us, footsteps from the rooms upstairs, every door in the hallway opening and closing. Our room was facing International Drive and we could hear the Seaworld roller coaster!!! The lack of sound proofing was ridiculous! We checked in on a Tuesday and out on Saturday and they “cleaned” our room twice. And when I say “cleaned” I mean they made the bed and replaced rhe towels. The sink wasn’t wiped down, garbages were not emptied and the coffee cups were not replaced. If you are hoping to have a hot shower this is not the place you want to stay. My husband and I had to plan our shower times to ensure we both had enough hot water to shower. Overall the hotel is in a great area and has comfy beds and pillows but I would never stay here again. Lots of hotels in this area to chose from.

It was terrible, they changed my room three times, there were flukes everywhere, I couldn't sleep because I was afraid that the flukes would get into my suitcase or that I would feel them in the bed.

Hotel is in a very convenient location and very close to Sea world. However, we didn't get a 1 bedroom suite as we reserved. We got a studio suite which didn't have door between bedroom and living area. We addressed to staff and the staff kept insisting that the studio suite was 1 bedroom. The room also had TV problem which maintenance couldn't fix. We had to move to a new room which we ran into problem with the blind!

We mostly book our hotel in Holiday Inn Express they are really good. The hotel is very near to sea world. If you don’t want to stay in the resort then go this is a good option. I gave it 4 stars because the hot water in the shower was not that hot for me. I generally do not have that issue in any other property but for this location, I notice that.
