The house itself was gorgeous, and the area was great, with an awesome community pool. The cleaning crew from before our check in did a mess than stellar job. Mold in a shower, and hairs in several bathrooms, definitely not what you expect for the price. The management was easy to deal with and get responses from leading up to the reservation but then trailed off during and had been MIA since while trying to get a refund for the pool being heated (I had requested they check jt because it did not feel heated and then said that if that’s what we could expect to just refund for the pool heater and shut it off). Also, the air hockey wasn’t working (not a big deal but they should not note something in their listing if it doesn’t work) and the TV had an issue. They came in while we were gone, said they fixed the tv, but they didn’t fix anything. Also left a hammer and wd-40 just sitting on the table which was weird and never came to get it. Strangely, they also came to do HVAC maintenance one day while we were gone, not sure why they was necessary during our stay.
