Comfort for all ages!
We thoroughly enjoyed our week plus at this beautiful home. We had issues with the pool heat and hot tub heat, but after a day someone came to fix it & they ran fine after. We had two lightbulbs out which I reported. The contact rep said they would come take care of them the next day, but this never happened. Otherwise, a wonderful stay with plenty of room and delight for our family group of 10.

Great property! Super fun when not at the parks. Very clean, quiet, awesome amenities. The kids really loved the arcade in the bonus room. The extra washer and dryer were a nice bonus too. Awesome stay in Orlando area
This was a perfect fit for our group of 10. We were in Orlando for a race at Orlando Kart Center and needed 10 individual beds. The spot is about 30 minutes from the track which is a bit further than we normally stay but well worth it for getting everyone in one place and having a little fun mixed with long work days. Very responsive to any questions or issues we had during the stay. Would recommend 100%!

Great property for extended family fun!
The property was exactly as described with enough room for two families to enjoy. The location is excellent - closed to Disney, Target and everything else you could need. Beds were super comfy and the kids loved the themed rooms and games room along with the pool. Adults loved the outside space and view - great place to relax and unwind. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils and amenities. Heaps of towels which was great and so many TVs that there no arguments on who was watching what. Would definitely recommend.

A kids Heaven!!
The home was clean, spacious and decorated so well. The beds all slept AMAZING. The kids rooms were like nothing we’ve ever seen. The arcade was even better in person. The kids loved it so much, they would have been fine staying all day and skipping Disney World. The management was very responsive and helpful. 5 stars all around!

Location location location
The best part of this property was the location - truly close to everything, easy to access the parks and shopping, and the airport. The property was lovely and very spacious. We especially enjoyed the theatre room in the evenings that we were not at parks. While we didn't use the outside space, the view out the back is very peaceful facing out onto water. We had one minor glitch on the last day with the smoke alarm, but it was not enough to dampen our overall appreciation for the space. This was the only time we needed to contact the host, but in the lead up to our stay, the host was very helpful and responded very quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing more space.

The property was amazing! Very clean, with the exception of hair in the bathrooms, but overall, it was clean. The kids loved the arcade room! The property was exactly like the listing. Check in was a breeze and communication with the property manager was easy and they responded promptly. The pool area could have been cleaner. The lounge chair cushions were dirty and we weren’t comfortable laying on them. This property had everything we needed though, so we would definitely stay again!

Great getaway!
Fifteen total humans. And none of us felt cramped uncomfortable and we all had our own privacy. My kid loved the game room and slept in there all week. All the beds were comfy. Had a small issue with the dryer and the host responded within minutes suggesting to use the second dryer. We thought it hilarious and wanted that one to go down to see if there was a third dryer. The views out back to the water were awesome and the pool and hot tub were divine. Definitely would stay again.

Perfect for large groups. This home had 8 bedrooms , 14 beds!! Tall ceilings. Many full baths. Game room with billiards, ping pong, air hockey, racing game, basketball, and Jurassic park shooting game. A bit disappointed because our Jurassic park game was out of service but we had a great time. Prompt help with concerns when we had anything we needed. If you want the pool warm make sure you ask for them to turn on the pool heater early. Check out Kung Fu Kitchen for dinner. Target is close by.

Amazing Home
We stayed in this amazing home for a week with 19 of our family and friends. It was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space and enjoyed all the fun extras in this house. The game room and theater room were big hits for our family! We also loved the pool and lake. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this listing. The property owners were very kind and so easy to work with.

OVERALL GREAT STAY
We stayed at this house in Florida with our family from the 20th to the 27th, and overall, we had a great experience. The house is spacious, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The managing company was responsive and provided plenty of supplies for our stay. Ordered a grill which arrived with a broken handle. Managing company offered to replace it Pros-Spacious and Comfortable Accommodation-house is very large, with plenty of space for everyone, and the beds are super comfortable and made it so hard to wake up. Responsive Management- The managing company was very helpful and responsive to our questions and concerns Fantastic Amenities-The water park and lazy river were a hit with the kids. Close to Nature-The kids loved seeing local wildlife such as alligators, lizards, and birds Well-Equipped Property- The property offers a range of amenities, including a game room and a theatre room. Guest List Requirement-All adult guests must be listed with the managing company in advance to ensure smooth entry and exit from the property. This made us feel very safe and secure. Approved Late Checkout-we had a late flight and they were able to accommodate a late checkout without additional fees and we very much appreciate their thoughtfulness *Cons- Game room was enjoyable but some of the games were not working properly. Theatre room- XBOX was not working Cell/WIFI-Phone service is not great, and the WiFi can be a bit weak if too many people are connected at once
