Overall, it was a decent stay. However, I really didn't like a couple things... For one, the floor was dirty. Some towels had stains on them, or hair from previous people. Yuck!
Also, when I was debating whether to stay here or at another resort, I chose this one because of the lazy river. My daughter is handicapped, and flowing water helps her muscles relax.
During my whole stay, however, we were only able to go into the pool TWICE. They close the WHOLE area down, when there are merely clouds in the area.
Since I noticed they had this issue, I would call before making my 10 minute drive to the pool to make sure I didn't make my daughter go through all that pain and discomfort in vain. They would tell me it's open on the phone, but when we'd get there, they'd say they closed because of "Thunder". They would give me attitude and get upset when I asked "Is your pool open?", which in my opinion is a valid question as I paid for it.
On top of that, one of the two times I even made it into the pool, when they were telling everyone to leave the pool because of the supposed "thunder" the lady was very rude as she asked everyone to leave. she was very unpleasant.
As I stated before, it was ok overall... However, I think they take for granted that no one is going to complain, and now that I'm back home, I kind of regret not having said anything...
