The big orange bins with dirty linens sitting in front of the villa's days on end, begs the question of the management and their understanding of the customer experience. Walking into the lobby of a Vacation Club, where you are greeted in a public forum and asked your name for all those to hear, is lacking once again in the privacy and safety of your travelers. Also, after checking in being routed to a Concierge who is anything but...IF I wanted to be a Vacation Club member I would contact you. The accomodations are in line with the price. The Hide-a bed, lacked the right linens to be made for a nights sleep. No bottom sheet and no blanket. The room was set at 63 degrees, what a waste of $$$. It's December in Orlando.

It was ok. Check in at 4 with a check out at 10 seems a bit short. We were only staying for one night passing through Orlando. Staff acted shocked that we were only staying one night. Then we received a call that woke us up at 8 am asking if we were A) going to be checking out at 10. even though they confirmed that at the desk at check in…. And B) asked if we’d be returning to Orlando in 2025/2026. Woke both my husband and up 2 hours before check out to see if we were going to check out.. so bizarre and upsetting for $300 a night and we couldn’t even sleep in past 8 am.

We rented the 1 bedroom suite and it was really amazing. It had everything from a full kitchen including a washer, dryer and dishwasher a dining room, living room and bedroom and a huge bathroom with a large walk in shower as well as a balcony. The food located on the property was delicious, they have a market place that sells everything but my only gripe is they are expensive. Other than that everything was awesome and we had a great experience.
