This was a great weekend. We rarely get the kids and grandkids together in one place. We were able to do this in a place that accomodated everyone. They loved it so much they just wanted hang around the house. Even though we already had plans at Andrettis and Seaworld.This house has a little something for everyone. Also the hospitality shown to us by Andes themselves was outstanding. We will definitely look them up in the future.
We had a great stay for four nights. We had 20 of us and had plenty of room. Also, loved the resort and closeness of it. The only negative was loud neighbors but not much the owner could have done about that.
The house was beautiful but for 1900 they still wanted us to pay 250 for heat. But over all beside checking in and not having a big enough fridge and pot we really enjoyed ourselves and getting in touch with the owners were no problem
I first arrived looks are deceiving, this property has roaches, mushrooms growing inside of the upstairs bathroom as well as mold, outside pool area is horrible weeds has grown although the concrete cracks, the furniture is heavy stained, and all the walls are horrible need to painted are just simply clean. The property management came out and seen how the property was and didn't even care stated that she had to speak with the team. The sad part about it me and my family were there 8 days. I spent a large some for these days and not once received any compensation. These property is once of the worse and now me and my has to leave our suitecase outside a couple of days to make sure we didnât bring any roaches back with us.
Overall, the end result was fine, but not without plenty of issues. The rental company is responsive and courteous, but they don't follow through. Also the language barrier can be frustrating. We had problems at every stage of the process. The booking had issues, check-in was a circus (more a neighborhood issue). House wasn't clean and the pool was stagnant. The gameroom has deteriorated items. Parking is an issue. The rest of the house was a B grade. Despite all these things, we were all together and came out cheaper than hotel for our large group (20). I could probably book again and have a little smoother process,
Iâve spent days trying to come to a satisfactory Conclusion to an awful, disappointing and dirty vacation stay. After all of that, they just stopped responding and refused to abide by Vrbo decision.
I have so many pictures that I wish I could share to show how dirty and disappointing. This place was mold was covered all over the dishwasher couldnât use it. Mushrooms were growing in the bathroom. Yes, you read that right mushrooms. The air filter was black with filth beds were stained with what Iâm guessing is urine. It was yellow whatever it was. The coaches were stained the carpets were disgusting and everything was falling apart. I am shocked that they got the pictures they did. If I could give it, I would especially since the owners were so neglectful in responding to my problems.

Overall this was a very nice property. Check in was very easy, manager was responsive. The house was clean and nice, but you could certainly tell it had been through some wear and tear, couch was very stained with rips. The kids loved the slide in the room! We only were there for 3 nights as we did a quick stay for Disney after being in the Keys. Only complaint is that I had asked about pool heat, we were told they would include it in our rental agreement and the pool was not heated. I did reach out, they said they would send someone over to heat the pool, but it was never heated.
To start we had some check in issues, partially our fault I will admit. However we could never reach anyone from the management company to help. In fact at any point could we get help.
We wanted pool heat, couldnât even get that.
Drier didnât work, never could get an answer back.
Overall house was nice and had we not needed to interact with the management company we would give 5 stars.
The issues that arose were handled swiftly. The property manager was more than apologetic, accommodating, and compensated appropriately. Top notch customer service on his part. That is what saved the experience from being a poor review. I would stay at this gated community again. If this doesnât happen already, I recommend the management company do monthly inspections to review wear and tear on the home, such as paint, door jam to game room was splintered etc and if it does happen then they should invest more in touch up maintenance, not just cleaning maintenance. But for the price, accommodations for 20 people, and the length of stay I couldn't be happier. The gated community was safe, easy to access, and convenient.
