Nightmare!
Upon arrival there was one person completing check ins. The other which I believe to be the Manager was just standing around. They were very rude and unprofessional and waited till we were done with the check in process to have us sign a waiver stating we could not ask for a refund if they lost power. The room was disgusting dust everywhere, piles of dust behind the bed, dirty sheets, roaches climbing on and around the microwave. We brought our own cleaning supplies and had to wipe down walls, clean the bathroom and wipe the floors with Clorox wipes. The floor was filthy! We booked a room with a fridge and microwave and they stated they could not guarantee a fridge would be in the room. Black mold in the vents and around the toilet. The hallway wreaked of marijuana and cigarettes and we booked a non smoking room. The front lobby was a hangout and the Manager was friendly with all the people just hanging around the front lobby area. I went down to request another pillow and blanket. As I was speaking to the front desk clerk who was very rude and began asking us if we had a pet with us and was refusing to give us another blanket, the Manager is asking from the back “what’s the problem” The manager came and snatched the blanket from her and brought us to the 2nd floor, gave me a balled up blanket. This is the worst service I have ever received in hospitality. I work hand in hand with hospitality on a regular basis as a state worker and this was unacceptable service.
