Takes about 30 min to check in. 4:00 check in is not accurate. Couldnt get into my room until 6 was told 4:00 check in is not guaranteed. Rooms were nice and clean beds were comfortable

Had a great stay during March Break 2025. Resort is huge, but doesn’t seem overly crowded due to the size. We were in building 32 which was nice and modern. Pools were great, kids loved the Dunes Pool. Shout out to Johnny Rodriguez for the golf cart rides! Activities Center needs to stay open later than 7pm, this was frustrating for evening activities. More pools need to be open later, not just the Dunes pool, which is open till 10pm. And you need wayyy more lounge chairs! We had to get chairs by 8am or wouldn’t get a seat. Overall great spot. Very clean, staff very friendly. Would definitely return.

Well we only stayed one night, we had family drive down from Pennsylvania so we got a room for the night, I had gotten a 3 bedroom, me and my husband come here often so we were excited to show the out of towners your hotel, anyway we spent the day at the Magic Kingdom and finally checked in about 10:30, the family showed up about 11:30 and they were amazed by the room we had gotten. After trying to decide about getting a late night meal they discovered bugs in the bed. We sent a picture to our son and he said it was hard to tell if they were bed bugs and after talking about it we didn’t think it was bed bugs, we called the front desk and they got us another 2 bedroom so the Pa family moved to that room, so we were separated for the night but we were pleased at how quickly the desk got us another room. They didn’t have a 3 bedroom but we were okay with that and pleased that they had a room to move us too. We love this hotel and are pleased with the staff at Mystic Dunes.
