Worst part of our family vacation
I had arranged and paid for early arrival by 2 hours, when I arrived a lady was there “inspecting” the property, she left and we unloaded our baggage into the house. While organizing another lady showed up to clean, she didn’t speak any English so communication was very difficult as to why she was even there. She vacuumed some tile and cleaned the oven then left, overall an awkward start to the rental.There was so much wrong with this property, it really put a damper on our family vacation.- house was dirty-there were so many bugs everywhere-pool and hot tub were cold even though I was charged hundreds of dollars for them to be heated.- sink and tub drains are mostly all clogged- pool had jagged edges all over the place, my daughter cut her foot open which made walking around Disney difficult for her.-the couch smelled like animal urine on the one side.- the garbage cans were packed full outside so we had nowhere to put our garbage for days until the next pick up.I will never rent this property again and I will be sure to let everyone know to avoid this place as it will ruin their vacation and is a massive waste of money, we are extremely disappointed.

Whats the wifi pass word, host don't know
Was given the wrong password for wifi evidently they didn't know it, i text the host still given incorrect password, so not able to connect until the last day, bad plumbing in the bathroom water dripping, toilet running. Bad communication guest book says one thing virbo instructions different. Be sure and count and inspect the towels upon arriving because they can accuse you of staining or stealing and charge your account

This property needs a lot of upgrading .. The blinds are horrible /dirty and broken in the bedroom that I stayed in .. The pots and pans were Burt up.. No lights in the pool area or fan ..Trash cans were half way full upon my arrival and there were maggots in the trash cans .. Toilet in bedroom by the pool in the bedroom runs constantly when U flush it .. I had to wiggle or relish so the water could stop running ..I literally put a towel over the window because the blind is barely hanging on in the bedroom by the pool ..No mop in the house and the movie theater room was horrible .. had a bunch of leaves in it and the chairs were peeling .. I feel I should be accommodated some of my funds back because it wasn’t worth what I paid

Majority everything was broken and the communication with them sucked…. Hot tub was not hot AT ALL the 7days I been there, beds were broke, the screens by the pool were broken so there was SOOOOO MANY flys inside the house EVERYDAY dishwasher was broken they came a day BEFORE our stay was over to fix everything, tubs and kitchen sink kept getting clogged, kids got stuck in 1 of the bathroom from the door, pool table was jacked up, kitchen chairs were loose ETC

Bug infestation
There were bugs crawling in the bedroom downstairs bathroom and floor in the living area. I called for help and even sent videos of the bug crawling through the living area and I didn’t get a response until around 4-5 am I was trying to get a refund or change of location and the flys were bad.

House size was great and location was great. We paid to have pool heated and it was beautiful and convenient. To note for those looking to book here…A number of items were broken in the house upon arrival such as 1 lower bunk, fridge door shelves, ice maker, upstairs shower. House temperature kept resetting (or getting changed) to much too warm. Over all though, we enjoyed our vacation and the size and convenience of the house.

Don't recommend
My husband, children, and in-laws booked for us to be in town for a wedding. The home needs updating. The fixtures in the bathrooms were dated, the pool table was in poor shape, and the air hockey table didn't work. The beds were uncomfortable and the living room furniture needs replaced. The hot tub would not get hot, and the property manager was responsive to getting someone to fix it, but it still wasn't working. The lanai is torn in many places. We managed for a few days since it was a quick trip. Overall though the booking looks MUCH nicer in the photos than it was. I don't recommend it.

Family vacation
The house was great size for bedroom wise for the 12 of us. The house was very clean, not one issue there. The bathrooms were good, beds are ok, some of the beds are very very soft and need replacing. The kitchen was workable, the pool and hot tub are cold even after you ask to have it heated, so don’t bother. Lots of towels and the washing machine was very handy. Location is very close to shopping for groceries. The house overall needs a lot of work and updating, but it is just used for vacation users, so we didn’t expect a lot. Was good enough for the 2 days we stayed.

Big House In Need of Big Updates
Like most of the reviews say, this is a big house that is very "worn" & in need of a major overhaul. The walls have scuff marks & a couple of holes, the kitchen counters & floor are stained, the sliders out to the pool are in dire need of replacement, all the games are broken/not usable (the pool sticks don't even have tips on them), furniture is stained, some sinks don't drain properly, etc. Like other reviews say, the hot tub was not working. We called management and they sent someone out. After turning it on literally several times over the course of a few hours, it finally got hot.....but only one time. The rest of the time we were out & about, so we weren't there to continuously keep turning it on to warm it up. The advertising claims it's always on & set to 100 degrees, but that is simply not true. That was a big disappointment for us because we really looked forward to using it each night. We never bothered to pay to heat the pool after seeing the previous reviews & the issues people had with that. Thank goodness we didn't because I don't think it would have worked. As it said in the previous review, the can opener didn't work. I reached out to management and asked if they could drop one off. They asked if I would buy it & they would reimburse me. I also offered to buy some pot holders since they don't have any. They agreed & I will say that they reimbursed me right away. The house itself is plenty big enough & clean. It served it's purpose, but needs some major TLC!

Poorly Maintained and Poorly Stocked
This property is poorly maintained - dirty (had to send cleaning staff again while we were there because pans, dishes, and cooktop were disgusting); furniture was stained; front porch light out; holes in wall; every game had something broken or not maintained and therefore not useable; leaky kitchen sink (has to have plumber while we were there); broken cook top; handle off instant hot in kitchen - not useable; broken door handle to washer-dryer; dated, in need of repair furnishings; can openers that didn’t work. The property did not have the minimum needed for the 14 people it sleeps - not enough sofa/sitting areas; not enough forks, spoons; no teaspoons; no large pot; only 1 small baking dish; not enough large pans. We requested and paid for pool to be heated. It was not. We spent time every day communicating with management company several times a day. While they were professional and nice, it took repeated communications to get things fixed. Eventually, some of the items were remedied. Others were not. Two positives - good location and large number of bedrooms.

Olay for what we needed BUT house needs work!
The property was adequate for what we needed BUT needs owners attention. The sliding glass doors are difficult to open, need to replace or fix them. The hot tub and pool are nice BUT the pool was COLD on arrival. I think we should've gotten at least a day or two refund for pool heat. The pool guys they sent spoke NO ENGLISH! Whatever he did DID NOT work. The pool guys that came the next day to clean the pool helped us the most, otherwise we wouldn't have pool heat. Please note, there are no handrails for the hot tub and could be dangerous. The TV's had no instructions so it was difficult to use. Watched a football game with no sound. The management person was no help with that. The freezer/fridge leaked water on the floor. There are no pool area loungers or chairs, only the couch sitting around a very unstable table. The legs fold easy and the table will fall over. The two screen doors for the pool area were open (not locked) and anyone can just walk in. The weeds were holding the one between the two houses open. I will say, the beds were comfy and clean. The ceiling fans were great in each room. BUT, if you are there for some time and have a larger family, plan on bringing more toilet paper and your own salt, pepper, and other necessities. I feel the charge for the gas grill ($35/stay) is an over charge. On a good note, there were plenty of pool towels, thanks!

Location ok, far out however close to stores which was a plus. The house was extremely worn, many broken items (remote controls, couch, kitchen fixtures), stained countertops. We had a terrible fly problem, they were everywhere no stop. Disgusting. I rent every year and this was the worst house I ever rented.

House was in a good location close to food and stores. It was a great size to accommodate our friends but that’s about it - the hot tub did not get hot, the plumbing doesn’t drain properly, and there was very minimal supplies in the house. The pool table is crooked and the couch is very old. Overall, if you are just sleeping there it isn’t bad, just very bare bones.

Well, we can start with the access code to get in the door was not correct. After finally getting connected with someone that gave us the code, We came in to the back sliding door open. You could even access the backyard from the side gate. We could never access the internet with personal devices. (this password was also different from the welcome email) Was told it was due to the overcast /rainy weather. And they would send someone out, in which the issue was never resolved. They reached out 2 days later asking if we were still having issues. We left the next day so i found it pointless to have someone come out which I was doubtful it would be that day. There’s miscellaneous things broken within the home. They only provided towels to dry off. No face towels or towels to actually wash your body off with. The location, the pool, and the home was clean is the best attributes.

Fantastic Home Close to Sea World, Disney and Universal Studios
This is a huge house with a gorgeous pool and spa. The pool looked beautiful at night with the lights on and the hot tub heat worked well. The house has everything you need to stay, cook and wash your clothes and there are several stores and restaurants in close proximity which is very convenient to get extra supplies. The beds were comfy, the house was clean and the neighborhood felt safe. The host had great communication. We had a great time here and hope to stay again someday!
