Before our arrival I reached out for an address because we were driving from another state and didn’t want just a general area. We were told the address would be given to us a couple hours prior to check in. We arrived in the general area and were finally given the address. We had the hardest time checking in due to poor communication with the owners/property management, we emailed them and sadly they didn’t respond for two days. If you’re checking in prepare to check in on the opposite guard gated property. It’s a bit tricky.
When entering the community we were blown away how clean it was. We pulled into the driveway and I immediately noticed that there was a gap in the top of the garage. I did a walk through and was amazed on the space and decor however I noticed more than a handful of property imperfections as if the builders were in a hurry. We were provided with small hotel like soaps and shampoos (we purchased our own), hodge podge kitchen cooking equipment, etc. Everything felt cheap from the sofa and dining room table to the beds.
The pool wasn’t heated nor were we able to heat it, the upstairs AC unit wasn’t working and there were no clear instructions and the Xbox in the game room was not functioning. For the price point I wish there was someone who we could communicate with but overall our children had a good time running around and playing.
