Property is too old , need renovation. Room was dirty, carpet had a lot of stains. This is not 4 star hotel, I would give 2 star only.

Building was dated.AC in the unit did not cool unit properly. Multiple attempts made requesting for room change however they just kept insisting there was nothing wrong with air. no blackout shades on the curtains which let in lots of sun in the morning due to bad quality of curtains. Water in shower couldn’t get hot and got warm at best. Housekeeping is an extra expense that we were not aware of. The front desk provided no help due to us being under a different property manager. I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone.

The communication with the staff is made by their app, but they manage to solve all problems. I had issues with the internet connection and it took a while for them to get a solution, in the end of the day I had to solve it myself and they reimbursed me. Also, at Christmas Eve, there was no hot water to shower. But in general, the property offers a comfortable space with everything you need for a long stay.

We did not have warm/hot water during our 5 days stay for bathing. I addressed the issue to them and they said there is problem with one of the pumps effecting hot water shower tap. We have an infant and I requested them for a baby crib before arrival but we got an incomplete crib the second day of stay and my baby had to sleep the whole night in her stroller. I do not recommend this hotel since you will not get a standard service and the hotel is very outdated and amenities are old.

It was a nice clean room, and the lobby was nice and ambient. For Kids with 10 the Sofa Bed was very inconvenient as it was sacking. The Shower water was not warm enough during early showers which was very inconvenient. 2 More observations 1) Facilities do not have laundromat, and Cleaning service is paid

Cumbersome Customer Service
It was strange in that it felt like a hotel within another hotel. I thought the check-in process was cumbersome. Had to provide all my details and copy of passport or license online and this was REQUIRED. Then I got to the property and tried front desk like you would any other property to get my keys and parking pass and was told that because I am from “Sonder” that check in was done exclusively online and that I needed to find my code. And that if I needed anything, I needed to communicate directly through the app the same way I checked in. One night later I went downstairs again to inquire about extending my stay and was told again I needed to contact “Sonder” on the app because they couldn’t help me. I thought the whole thing was so weird. Won’t be returning. Rooms were nice though. I didn’t have any bug or roach issues like the other reviews say.

Room was good, kitchen and bathroom was spacious. Noise levels where good but i would be concerned over a busy period as there doesnt seem a ton of security around each room in the hotel. The hotel where the room was located was below par and needed some work. Elevator was creaky and sometimes not operating. Lobby was also not overly welcoming.

Affordable and clean. Would definitely stay here for an extended stay if needed but it did the trick for the 2 days we were there. Right down the street from Universal and Disney is an $18 Uber away.

Meh - Much better options for the money.
The room was ample but the smell of bleach and cleaning products were so strong, I couldn't stay and had to rent elsewhere. Sheets were paper thin, but mattress was comfortable. They provided earplugs, which only leads to me to believe the rooms get noisy? I personally didn't need them but it was also a Tuesday night. The location had a few shady characters roaming around the property which wasn't ideal and parking is a bit far from the main door, which kind of made coming in late a bit sketch. The side door was broken so you had to walk around. Furniture inside the room was minimal. The couch was faded in high traffic sections, and the carpeting was dingy throughout. Wear and tear is obviously expected, but at some point, they could use a refresher. Some of the towels had permanent stains but were definitely clean, again, bleach is a fave here. Elevators both worked fine, just had a musty + room fragrance smell to them. If you're not expecting a lot from your room, or don't plan on being there long, this is fine. I wouldn't be renting again unfortunately. Oh, and no key. It's a door keypad, which is pretty convenient, but for some reason, my door didn't feel like it latched all the way? Using the top lock was fine.

I loved that there was a pool and hot tub included. The room was very clean and spacious. A feature we loved about this hotel was that they gave you an extra set of linens to change the bed if you wanted too and plenty of towels and a throw blanket for the sofa bed. Highly recommend Sonder at the point.
